Christmas carol is fantastic very underrated Christmas movie .

The Blu-ray of A CHRISTMAS CAROL that you showed may have cost only 99 cents, but it can't hold a candle to the 3D version. It's like watching a different movie.

Yep. At Walmart I have to go from the checkout (even if I do the human line) to customer service, wait in line for 15 minutes, have them check my receipt, and then finally unlock the movie. It's always more fun when the fumble the open and the steelbook hits the floor and dents.

At my local goodwills, CDs are $1.99, DVDs are $2.99 and Blurays are $4.99. I'm jealous of the 99-cents!

Kickboxer is a classic

U571 is actually really good. I'm hopeful it gets a 4K here in the states at some point. Great visuals, great sound, and it's a true story. Excellent film. Date Night is also fun. Nice finds.

Wow! I forgot all about The Brave Little Toaster. I loved that movie as a kid, and the VHS my grandparents had was lost. I'm adding that to my shopping list.

I was so surprised when I checked my local Walmart on Tuesday. For the first time since January, I found almost everything I was looking for. I picked up both Civil War and Abigail, Dragonheart from the Steelbook section and then found a blu ray of Avatar Way of Water to send to my son. All in all, it was a very nice day for a change looking for new movies at Walmart. Also, our local Walmart had a very small Bloody Disgusting section. Not much there that I can recall, but it may get better. Those Goodwill blu rays look immaculate. The ones at my local Goodwills all look like they were beat to death, kicked around and finally thrown into a box to be donated. You have a very nice Goodwill near you, Ken.

Yeah, it amazes me that Walmart devotes so much real estate to schlocky straight-to-DVD crap instead of popular movies on 4K. Target doesn’t have much of a movie section anymore, but if you live anywhere near one it’s worth checking before going to Walmart. I got the Purple Rain 4K at a Target a couple of weeks ago.

The Hillbilly Hunter was especially excited for this trip to Walmart! 🤣

The best Walmarts to go to are the one in higher income communities. That’s were I have the best luck.

Today is Thursday I went to Walmart and picked up Abigail on blu ray ,loved the movie first time watching it yes a blind buy but worth it.

U571 is an underrated movie!!! I got the 4k blu ray version and really enjoyed it!!! By the way I caught it at the theater when it originally came out!!! I think you're gonna enjoy it!!!

Yes, U-571 did get a 4k from Studio Canal. I actually really like U-571. I imported the 4k UHD because it is one of my guilty pleasure movies.

Walmart is the worst at stocking anything except food. Movies come out on Tuesdays. They don't care. We'll put them out on Saturday at 4pm. Hardly ever restock big releases. I may stop collecting steelbooks. Just not worth the hassle finding movies.

If WalMart is supposed to be picking up the slack left by Best Buy they're doing a lousy job so far. At least at any of the locations near me. They never restock anything. The Steelbook section hasn't been updated in a month. And for the longest time they stock more dvd than any other format. More than blu-ray and certainly more than 4K UHD.

I got fall guy 4k, risky business 4k criterion, jaws 3 and jaws 4 captain philips 4k steelbook

My Goodwill is a ridiculous $5.29 for Blu-ray used!! Ya southern Michigan. Who buys these??

Walmart by my house sucks! They never had original Mean Girls on 4k, they don't have Twister on 4k.. The steelbook section completely empty 99% if the time. Awful! Target isn't any better but they did have Twister 4k.

Kickboxer is great movie but still a shifty transfer! The steelbook is ok.

I can't believe madame web isn't still on shelves.

Is U-571 a great romantic comedy?

I got rocky 1-6 collection 4k earlier with dark angel 4k, the Phantoms 4k earlier as well, civil war 4k earlier, Turbulence 4k kinolorber earlierI got ghostbusters frozen empire 4k, Matinee 4k, team American world police 4k, purple rain 4k, robocop 2 4k , the guyver 4k , ghoulies 2 4k , monkey man 4k , ministry of Ungentlemanly warfare 4k, civil war 4k , Chinatown 4k, Anchorman Ron burgundy 4k

99 cents? Most of the thrift stores are 3.99+ for DVDs and blurays ...some even doing 5.99 -7.99 on blurays. I have one close by Savers that does 1.99 on *most* DVDs/blurays but it's the only one. Count yourself lucky.

You lucky to get those 3 movies for less than $3, nearest we have to that is Cex and they are much smaller, but i have got some bargains online from Cex Scent of a woman last month and this week Definetley Maybe, I hear Valley Girl from the 90s is good, do you own it?
