Finally - someone from BLUM that actually describes how to install this with heads up on what really needs to happen for a successful install. Please tell BLUM that they need a dedicated team to do better install videos.

Anyone know why one of my drawers makes a click then pops back open after closing?

the movento slides are suitable for drawer boxes 1/2"and 5/8"thick material or only for 5/8"? the adjustment jig 1/2"or 5/8"is for the false front right ?

In comparison to cetuspa below, I found that the salesman explained the product especially well. One example: "The sychnronziation rod marries the right and left tip-on mechanisms together to ensure that both fire at the same time..." - Now, if that is not the definition of brevity, I dont know what is. Give the man a break!

Hi - if I have a 21" drawer what size do I order? A 21" or 18" - Thank you - I installed the 21 inch on a 21" drawer and the softclose seems to not reset - The opener seems to work ok however when the drawer is closed it springs back instead of catching the soft close - I did check and get the sync rod to reset before installing - Thank you

The 21” slide requires a greater clearance than 21”. Specs are on their website, or call Blum and ask for customer service. VERY knowledgeable.

Think it’s the size, or weight. But def the same thing

Weight & height. Length and breadth. But DEF NOT heidth.
