I was interested in exploring the BLUETTI EP500Pro to power a couple of fridges and some 12v stuff in a food van. Unfortunately for them, they don't talk to potential customers. Only online. I didn't think that was good enough and found a different solution.

Yes….many companies don’t understand the power of customer service. I’m old and remember when you call and someone would answer. If I have to go through prompts I hang up and look for other options….similar to me working at a store ringing up my own things I want to buy without an employee discount….i avoid ….it shows the company is simply only focused on enriching execs ….not providing a good service

I bought this, 2 full charges and now I have to send the battery back hecause it won't charge. This product is bulky, heavy and unreliable. Should've gotten the Solix from Anker. Smh
