Hi Michal, our experience with earbuds sounds good for the mic quality hasn't been good but let us get a pair in and see how they do.

This was a very helpful video--I have had this headset for about a year and I really like it! It's a great headset for connecting to my home office computer and my phone! A great buy at a reasonable cost.

What kind of wireless headset with microphone would you recommend if I do call center from home because I bought the LEVN and I’m very disappointed because the callers are not able to hear me loud enough and I need to be moving around my house.

Hello there with this headset can you charge it when it’s turned on or do you have to charge it when it’s turned off or it doesn’t matter lol

I use headset can only hear mute/unmute voice when in sound settings in computer. I’ll mute it in sound settings. Can’t see test microphone move. I close settings go back out. Come back and I see voice moving. So it’s not really muting. How to fix this?

I saw this video about 2 weeks ago and I decided to buy these headphones because of the noise cancellation I received them today and I don't know if I have to do something extra to activate the noise cancellation because in my case it doesn't work for me.

It’s not a headset we support, so we’re not sure why the performance would be different for you. There’s no setting to turn mic noise cancellation on or off. Are you connecting to your computer or mobile phone?

no clue why my mic isnt working losing my mind trying to figure this out

I bought them and they were great in the beginning 5 months later I’m getting reverb

Hi Tracy, thanks for sharing your thoughts because a headset at this price point we weren’t sure how long it would hold up, so that’s good info to know.

Does the environment cancellation only work when using a pc? Mines still pick up background noise when on the phone.

The mic noise cancellation is built in but our test was done on a computer. If you use an Android or IPhone there’s a noise suppression setting you can turn on as well in the phone.

Oh, pretty good mic noise cancelling... Please test Logitech Pro X with Blue mic ;)

I bought the 40$ one and have one had it for about 2 weeks and a half and I can’t hear out of it. I haven’t dropped it either. Got it on Amazon. I do have a different model 😢

Not everyone hears and feels it, but there is a common problem with a high level of distortion. Bad level limiter.

Im having a hard time with my background noise. i work from home and the people on the other end of the phone can hear roosters from across the street smh... and they can hear my neighbors birds chirping from the other side of the yard!!! how is this possible!???

Sorry to hear that, there's no way to turn on or off the microphone noise cancellation. It may be worth considering adding a noise canceling software like neep.com

For some reason this headset it not showing as discoverable on my computer...

Agreed, 4 times was probably overkill but calling it how we see it. Based on feedback and other comments we also wanted anyone watching to be aware it’s a coin flip how long it’s going to last. Thanks for your feedback.
