Sounds like hot garbage for that price zone
I have been using Sonos Ace for my work calls for the past 2 weeks and couple of them said it’s not audible in Teams meetings
Sounds about right. Awesome headphone for personal use but not best for business.
@@HeadsetAdvisor agree! Thank you for your great work with all the other videos. Best things about these headphones sound quality is, clarity, balanced sound, and instruments separation..
JUNK, I will return my tomorrow! thanks for the small print!
JUNK!
Thank you!❤
for a company like jabra which specialied theirself on headset they both suck. sound and quality would be fine and nothing to complain if they were worth 15-20€ each.
Unfortunately this is not available in the Philippines. I really wanted one as it is perfect for work + gaming!
Dell audio app cannot find my wl5024 even it is already connected by Bluetooth to my cellphone...even the peripheral manager app on my laptop also cannot find the headset with USB dongle plugged and connected... really frustrated
Whoa! how does Neep do what they manufacturer cannot achieve? Or does Neep disable certain functionality on the device during use? I was about to go for the BH72 but if this cheaper then I might opt for it instead.
It's a great question we don't have a good answer for, but the BH72 with neep is a good combo if your goal is to block out the most background noise to be heard clearly in loud work environments.
My sony H7 lost connection with the usb Adapter HELP I TRY EVRYTHING
Hey Can you make a Comparison schon MacBook Microphone ?
Call audio really SUX. I am very disappointed.
Mic sucks.
In comparison to?
Thank you!!! This is the review I was looking for! I bought the Jlab and I am very happy! thank you!
I just grab my hair and put it behind my headphones so it doesnt stay smushed
Good call!
you cant get noise blocking without a boom mic
You can it's just not going to be the best.
Will you also review the WL7024 please?
Yes in the process of reviewing it right now.
Thanks to this channel for exposing Airpods.
That looks uncomfortable
It's not. It's comfortable. Lightweight, adjustable, super soft ear cushions. for a headset that's worn over the head it's up there in comfort.
I saw an ad about earbud's ANC and he explained it is used to cancel noise background so that you can only hear the audio from the earbuds. I thought it's for cancelling the noise background of your microphone and I researched and saw this video. Thanks for adding explanation. Now I know what to buy next time.
Yes there is a lot of confusion around noise cancellation just trying to explain the difference so glad you were able to find value in the video appreciate it!
DECT and BT intergated in Headset itself, not the base, Did I hear you right?
You heard that right 🙂
Amazing product. Whatz the cost?
It just depends which model you choose. headsetadvisor.com/products/yealink-wh64-dual-mode-wireless-headset?_pos=1&_psq=Wh64&_ss=e&_v=1.0
Excellent review! I was getting lost in headsets with similar features. Hearing the mic test difference between the 55 and 65 sold me!
Thanks for watching! It can definitely get confusing with all the different headsets that are similar.
Good
Useful info
What do you think of the ARCTIS NOVA PRO WIRELESS for cold calling?
We haven't tested them but I'm sure they would work just fine if you work in a quiet environment. Otherwise, if you ever get around noise check to see if your call software has microphone noise cancellation built in or consider getting neep.com
Yes What’s App ?
This is Microsoft Teams that supports live push to talk that sync's with the headset. Not sure if this is supported by What's App.
Hi, does the ms or uc version affect the noise cancellation?
No it’s the same as far as that goes
Do you have video to connect it to a poly desk phone?
No so there are 2 ways 1) Get the Poly Voyager Focus 2 Office that's designed to connect to deskphones like Poly: headsetadvisor.com/products/poly-voyager-focus-office-2-wireless-headset-with-anc?_pos=2&_psq=poly+voyager+office&_ss=e&_v=1.0 2) Plug the BT700 USB adapter into the usb port of the Poly phone and it should work like in this video.
Can i connect it to a landline non ip phone?
It will have to be a compatible IP phone.
for headset that suppress noise even the baby crying #1 Poly 8225 #2Epos 800
Thanks for sharing
lol literally no one uses that first option for sidetone, clearly this guy doesn't use sidetone at all, that delay you heard is the reason no one uses that for sidetone, it's meant to test things and then turn off. Why so many people have tutorials for sidetone and show this is beyond me.
Thank you so much, I Will check in the settings. My prob is that the jabra link goes in Red but I didn’t do anything wrong, I Was phoning. Do you have another thing to check ? I have Jabra Evolve2 85 & his 380 dongle
hmmm... here's the steps I'd do 1) unplug dongle, turn off power on headset, plug dongle back in, turn headset on. 2) Update firmware on Jabra direct software 3)On that JAbra direct software go to the pairing tab, disconnect the evolve2 85, then put the 85 in pairing mode by holding the power button down for 3-5 seconds until the small led flashes red/blue and re-connect pair it to the link380 dongle. 4) If that doesn't work I'd contact Jabra tech support.
@@HeadsetAdvisor Thank you so much, I will kiss you on your 2 cheeks !!!
Listen. Hard hat wearing construction worker here, what about us? 1) Over the ear is way too hot in summer. 2) has to be comfortable with prescription glasses 3) while driving, one ear only. Android Bluetooth 4) needs to be installed in the hard hat or held on the head comfortably while doing job related construction tasks while wearing the hard hat and glasses 5) the behind the neck/head model seems like it would interfere with sitting in a high back truck driving seat. Thank you
Many people doing construction, truck driving use the behind the neck option the Shokz Opencomm2 so it would work fine and both ears are open so you can drive with it and still hear your surrounding. headsetadvisor.com/products/shokz-opencomm2-stereo-bone-conduction-bluetooth-headset?_pos=1&_sid=4c5ee2cf7&_ss=r&variant=43680631488727 Otherwise Using an earpiece style like the Yealink BH71 would be an alternative model to consider headsetadvisor.com/products/yealink-bh71-bluetooth-headset?_pos=1&_psq=bh71&_ss=e&_v=1.0&variant=43689314222295 Another alternative is the Blueparrott X400-XT that's a bit more rugged and durable: amzn.to/3VXdZtT

Thank you
I have a pair of these and the only thing I don't like is the microphone because it blocks out very little noise most of Logitech's Bluetooth Mike's are not good for that but their wired headsets do have good noise canceling Mike's
My voice sounds really weird and nasal with these headphones. Anyone knows how to fix this?
Cool but do you have one for narrator? I need headset with mic for narration that I could hear my voice in the headphone while I'm speaking?
My employer uses maxuc and my contact center agent for calls. I'm leaning towards getting this model. We don't have hard phones to hook into. Everything is web based.
In that case the Engage 55 or Yealink WH62 Portable may be a better way to go.
@@HeadsetAdvisor thanks I'll check them out.
Great tests my dude! Thank you!!
Thanks for watching 🙂
