What I find really amazing is that apparently no horrible colors were used. As with almost every model of "new" Lego. Everything looks so coherent. The same model from Lego would've had cyan, red, yellow, green and blue bricks everywhere in its base and roof structure. Please test more of their products, this company could be a real alternative.

Bluebrixx never uses horrible colors. They only hide a few blue bricks in every set as some sort of easter egg or 3D logo. But they make sure that you will never see them once the model is built.

it's so frustrating when you can see those colors peeking through cracks if they built the set even once they should notice it, and on more expensive builds it's fucking inexcusable i get that it's so the pieces are easier to distinguish when building, but is the sacrifice in how good it looks really worth it to avoid those few seconds you'd spend searching for pieces here and there? i really really don't think so, but lego doesn't seem to agree..
DUDE this set is sick!!! absolutely awesome looking piece, if this company grows, it might give lego a run for its money.

Check out their most iconic sets (or set series): Bluestone Castle and its extensions, and the Astronomer's Tower/Planetarium. I think these are the benchmark for the entire market in terms of quality of design and the price you pay for that quality, even if you take into account that the bricks used in the astronomer series are very good, but not quite Lego quality.
nice to see that other brands are filling the castle theme gap in lego.

@@sparksbricks5391 There will be more. "Burg Blaustein" will become one of the most legendary sets ever built. The designer plans to create a truly modular building. He studied medieval architecture. With this model he plans to show how castles were built. The model starts with just a simple house and wooden palisades on top of a hill. The company plans to release several add-ons, like a keep, stables, stone walls and a lot more. Parts of the initial model are only attached via SNOT bricks, so they can easily be removed and the new parts can be added. If you are into medieval architecture, you should take a closer look at the timber-framed houses and city wall that will be released real soon.
Wow, this is incredible. And I would have thought it was LEGO if you hadn't said it was a different brand.

lego deserves the competition at this point but these sloppy studs look like they need to fix their moulding process. as much as i like that they did this, the realistic nature of the game makes this build a bit boring to look at and large imo when considering the feasibility of it. hopefully they did the castles as some of those may be great for
Pretty cool review! Would love to see more!
Very interesting to get a thorough review in English! Thank you!
Henry has come to see us!

It looks amazing
Amazing
This actually looks really good, Jesus Christ be praised
cool but the molding on the top studs is quite sloppy. As good as KCD is it may be too realistic for some of these sets. it looks like a great MOC but its not overly exciting and takes up a lot of space. the smallish castles should be way better though, or the church. as for the figs, would rather have none tohugh i guess the horse is fine.
Do you add this to your castle build,?

@@sparksbricks5391 Why people wants to keep their builds "pure lego", I dont get it, arent those same style of bricks can be interchangeable?
Is that real lego??

It’s not it’s made by a company called bluebrixx

@@sparksbricks5391 The bricks are manufactured by Xingbao (in this case). Bluebrixx is responsible for the ideas and the design of the sets, they have coporations with several chinese companies. Unfortunately the quality can vary, depending on the manufacturer of the bricks. Most of the reviews of the sets on KZread are in german. As far as i noticed, their railway sets have the most flaws - but not all of them. Sometimes it seems like the quality varies even within the same model. The majority of their sets is done without cooperation. In that case the set comes in a simple brown cardboard-box without picture and without printed manual, which is only available as download pdf.
