It's the same thing to me. If your rig is set up right you should not have to draw tweens, and to make it shorter you simply cut frames from the rig. Every part is animated separately, so you would swap the forward head with one that turns at the point it is supposed to happen.

Dude I wish Blue Blood got brought back. They seriously gave Celestia a prince NEPHEW and ditched him after one episode. I really hope it's not because he's a prince in a show full of princesses. He could've been a fleshed out character instead of depicted as a stuck up, picky jerk.
