Black raspberry and elderberry I like the seeds removed. We use it with corn starch for pie filling.

I haven't made any concentrates before, so the blueberry lemonade is my first attempt. I would like to make other concentrates. Has anyone made a peach lemonade concentrate? This is peach season...but I don't know anything about the ratios of fruit to lemon juice...or adding sugar.
I bet it makes a nice blueberry lemonade on a hot day!

Oh I’ve never tried that. At the moment I’ve done rhubarb and strawberry, rhubarb and mint, strawberry and blueberry lemonade and sweet tea might have to try more stuff

Do you know if honey, coconut sugar, or maple syrup works just as well as granulated sugar? And maybe less of these would still work for canning? I'm concerned about the amount of sugar for it, and I know you reduced the amount from your recipe.

You can use other sugar and put the quantity also down It is a concentrate so you dilute it when you make it 1 part concentrate 3 part water. I do normally 3-4 cups of sugar but it give me less pints
