Great tutorial. I learned from fats version and just incorporated the melody for myself but this will help a lot of people that may have trouble with doing that themselves.

I chose to do this version because Fats does not play the melody, he sings the melody and pumps the chords in the right hand. Of course it sounds great because other instruments in his band are playing the melody to accompany his singing, however it doesn't sound so interesting if you want to play it as a piano solo and not sing.

why didn't you teach it as Fat's played it.

Because Fats does not play the melody, he sings the melody and just plays the chords. Of course it sounds great but doesn't sound interesting if you want to play it as a solo and not sing.
