Our syndicate boat Andante near Braunston, we just had to have the Alternator replaced and found our battery charger was faulty, the joys of boating. We were very fortunate to have a local engineer sort it out and do some rewiring, very helpful engineer. Another enjoyable vlog and I'm sure you are looking forward to the beard trimming.

I picked up your channel from a recommendation from, "A Slow Boat Through Britain." This was my first time watching, and I really enjoyed it. I am an American who follows 3 or 4 of you all. I love the peace and serenity of the canals as it appears. I really like checking out the other boats as you pass along. I won't comment much but I plan on watching. Hi folks you never disappoint with your videos.. They have always been a pleasure to watch.. they are very interesting and informative . but I don't expect anything else from you.. People used to ask me about how I kept fit on a canal boat I always answered work on a lock for a day and you will definitely know.how this is achieved.. Unfortunately my health issues will prevent me from going to crick this year... There is a saying that age doesn't come on it's own ..??? Who ever said this was absolutely right.. Anyway Garry make sure you have a sharp razor when you remove the beard mate . Keep yourselves safe and well folks.

@@GaryCaptainPhillips Garry I would never say this about you .????? Well at least not to your face.. hahaha..you can't operate the lock and steer the boat at the same time.???? Unless you use the old system of pulling the boat through by rope... anyway it will keep the family members fit by operating the locks .. Keep your family safe and well mate...

I’m glad l’m not the only one who is a great fan of the film Bargee .l saw it when it came out in 1964.The only thing that puzzles me is,what happened to the butty Bellerophon ?
