    After 7 year, you are still fail to get NOC. Do you know what is the value of your society's files? Your Files are still in minus in the market and no dealer even BWC is willing to return or accept on same rates. So far such high haned development charges have not been imposed by any society even DHA and Bahria.

    جب پلاٹ بک کروایا تھا تو بار بار پوچھنے پے یہی بتایا گیا کے دس سے پندرہ فیصد ڈویلپمنٹ چارجز ہوں گے۔ اور اب یہ اپنا اصل چہرہ دیکھا رہے ہیں ۔ سو سے دو سو فیصد تک اضافہ کر دیا گیا۔ خدارا کراۓ کے گورے اور ہیلی کاپٹرز جو ہر دو مہینے بعد لے آتے ہیں اُن کو لانا بند کرے اور جائز ڈویلپمنٹ چارجز ممبران سے لیے جائیں ۔ جزاکﷲ

    In 2019, I purchased an 8 marla general block in Phase BWC. After 5 years, I exchanged it for a 7 marla overseas block. The full cost of the land had been paid. Unfortunately, upon attempting to sell the property, I incurred a significant loss of 50%.

    پہلے بھی اسی طرح باتیں کر کے لوگوں کو دھوکہ دیا ہے اور پلاٹ ببیچے یے اب پھر نیا ڈرامہ شروع ہو رہا ہےاگر سب کے لیے ڈیولپمنٹ چارج کم کرتے ہیں تو پھر تو مخلص ہیں نہیں تو پھر دھوکہ دے رہے ہیں
