I hate how poppy and fake Blue October has become... I miss when it was actual music, not just electronically generated noises. Where'd the violin go, Justin? It used to be what set this band apart from others. Now it's just like all the rest.

TigersandBearsOhMy I agree the songs aren't as good as they use to be, but you're asking him to have shit life for your entertainment. He's happy, so he expresses it in his music.

I'm absolutely certain I never said anything remotely similar to, "Have a shit life for my entertainment." He doesn't need to have a terrible life to avoid the electronically generated noise and go back to using real instruments. Not all of his old songs were sad, either. For that matter, if you look, he doesn't even write most of Blue October's song anymore. At least he didn't in Sway. Can't say for this one, as I won't be purchasing it.
