Broseph... so sad that Texas toast didn't hold up. I love that stuff! Beer brats with peppers and onions definitely a favorite for me. I love what you did with the lemon garlic and rosemary. Traditionally I only use one beer (more for me) and a stick of butter and I poach my peppers and onions with the brats and then grill the brats once they're cooked through to get that snappy skin. Provalone cheese is a great add and that sauce looked great too. I think I'm going to do a mashup next time. A little bit of you, a little bit of me... a little bit of Monica in my life... lol P.S. Stilled bummed about that Texas toast tho. Maybe grilled sourdough?
