ಸಿಲ್ಕ್‌ ಬೋರ್ಡ್‌ನಿಂದ ಕಾಡುಬೀಸನಹಳ್ಳಿಯವರೆಗಿನ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್‌ -1 ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಆಫ್ಕಾನ್ಸ್‌ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದರೆ,
ಕಾಡುಬೀಸನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಿಂದ ಬೈಯಪ್ಪನಹಳ್ಳಿಯವರೆಗಿನ ಎರಡನೇ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್‌ನ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಶಂಕರನಾರಾಯಣ ಕನ್‌ಸ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಷನ್‌ ಪಡೆದಿದೆ.
Stations in the stretch :
Central Silk Board Station ( Interchange with Yellow line ) : Piling in Progress
HSR layout Station : Piling completed. Pier casting has begun.
Agara Station : All pier cast up to concourse level
Ibbalur Station : 4 piers cast up to concourse level
Bellandur Station : All pier cast up to concourse level. Pier arm connecter erection started.
Kadubeesanahalli Station : All Piers cast up to concourse level.Pier arm connecter erection started
Kodibeesanahalli Station : 7 out of 8 pier cast up to concourse level. 8th Pier being readied for cast.
Marathahalli Station : All Piers cast up to concourse level on both RHS and LHS.
ISRO Station : All piers cast up to concourse level.
Doddanekundi Station : All pier cast up to concourse level
DRDO sports complex Station : All pier cast up to concourse level. Concourse level pier arm connector erection has started. Off road structure Rebar up.
Saraswathi nagar Station ( Mahadevpura ): All pier cast up to concourse level. 6 piers cast up to Track level. 2 piers on either end to get their concourse level connector
K R Puram Station ( Interchange with Purple line ) : LHS pier cast. RHS pier casting in progress.

    Ok , a person has to walk too much between the interchangeable stations . It’s a lifetime project , they should have followed Jayadeva model - 1 station for two lines

    @@govind5051 actually due to site constraints having a integrated station is not feasible. Initially they were placed side by side but then that place has too many drains and traffic. Hence consciously it was shifted to the other side. there will be walkway with travellators and would be a seamless change of lines like any other.

    Great Work , do you expect all construction work closing by 2024 end? Also if you have any information about Sarjapur Hebbal line pls share...by when we can expect some construction to start?

    2A can close by 2024. 2B may be the station parts will take more time. Sorry nothing on Sarjapura Hebbal Line so far. The DPR status is unknown as of today. once it is submitted, approved by state, centre and then financial closure, land acquisition, utility shifting, tender calling and award , Mobilization and final work start would be easily 2 years.

    Actual place can be Devarabeesanahalli but as of now this station is named Kadubeesanahalli and the next after actual Kadubeesanahalli underpass is named Kodibeesanahalli. So will keep it that way to follow Metro naming. If they change in future ( most likely ) then will do it.

    @Sunil HP Can u explain why are the pillars of metro between the flyovers designed like that? And why a mid beam is required in the middle like any fly over is coming over there?

    if normal circular pier is built in the centre then the whole space becomes unusable. so upon some request from local people they ahve changed to split portal piers. this way still one proper lane of traffic can be used. the mid beam is both structurally required and then in future there is walk ways planned and will be used for the same.
