Blue Cat (Mid-Aug 2023)

In this 14 Aug 23 adventure, a nice Blue Cat grabbed a Z-Man GrubZ in a public lake in Ray County, MO.
It was somewhat reminiscent of the Aug 2018 "Night of the Megalodon" on Lake of the Ozarks with my friend Sparky.
This Meg was somewhat smaller than the original and put up a great fight on a ML outfit. Thankfully, no fishing tackle was destroyed this time (unlike the 2018 outing hahaha).

Thanks Bill. This Blue doesn't come close to those monsters you catch in L Erie and the river, but it was a fun ride on a 2 pc ML rig. It's been really hot and humid for about two weeks now so I'm hoping to get out again somewhere next week. Hope all's well with you guys. Best wishes, Don
