Blower surge is great, but annoying. Buy blower carbs and this stops....

No, my Step Dad used to own this 71 Chevy Nova, with a plastic Jesus Glued on his Dash. I saw this couple go by while I was at the country fair. He cracked the throttle and she was holding on for dear life. It actually almost knocked her out of the seat...

Can't hear the blower, powerglide works as it should. Nice video! Used to ride around in my brothers 57 with a stroker292 . 283 over pull the left front tire off the ground 1st and 2nd. Beat all the mopars. Yes sir!

What do you have for a motor? Sounds and looks killer!

"Going for a ride with Jesus" - that has a sort of macabre sound: a car like this increases your chances of meeting your maker. 😉 What strikes me as odd is that the engine cannot maintain stable rpm at idle power - it keeps revving up of its own accord: brrp, brrp, brrp. And the drivers of other cars stopping at a red light in traffic may think you are doing this on purpose (provoking them and challenging them to race).

Sounds awesome... But if U wanna get real hits on a utube vid.... Show the cars true potential.... I'm 56 and known a LOT of cars over the years with a great note/sound, but got nothing at the back wheels... Have personally had a normal aspirated (carby) F100 road legal pull 10:4 quarter mile. No blower, no nitro. Just muscle. 438 HP at rear wheels. Just a few mods to 351c, tricked up C6, 9" with 3:55 gears. Don't get me wrong. LOVE the 57 Belair.... Just saying, Show what that driveline was actually built to do 🤘🤘

I would if I can find a place long enough to stop. This needs a parachute to stop it with those VW tires up front. I'm planning on doing a burn out video soon and one going balls out. I'm just waiting till my balls grow big enough to put the petal to the metal.

its not the cam its blower surge and let me tell you when you hit it right when it loads up, hold on wheels in the air launches. Check out some of my drag racing videos and see. And yes it drives me nuts when my 88 year old ex cop father is riding with me telling me to slow down when im just idling through town.
