I doubt it's aluminum. The press operator keeps picking the parts up with a magnet. Then there is resistance welding.

Must be new kind of magnetic aluminium, just like in movie Star Trek there is also transparent aluminium that clear as glass…

Its just galvanized sheet steel, nothing aluminum, if not the cheap windings in the motor.

This doesn't look like "Modern Manufacturing" at all. nothing in it seems modern. a factory in 1970s would be doing it exactly the same way. There is no Automation . The person cutting the press blanks seems to be doing it manually, ( easy automation task) , He could have actually used a longer bar with two magnet , instead of putting his hand into the press. . The impeller vanes are just stacked by hand, after collecting on the press itself. There isnt even a *jig for installing the vanes, Or better , should should have been done with a robot. There is no Automation. the Fan is stressed into shape bu hand with a visual inspection, after running a couple of hundred cycles it will prolly go back to its original shape. and the balance weight isn't even welded on ( or even epoxied ).

They didn't adjust the turbine center screw in the final assembly. But is a pretty nice process.

Согласен, простецкая оснастка, напечатанная на 3д принтере, увеличила бы производительность в разы. Да там много где можно упростить. У китайцев всегда так, грубо говоря, вместо винтовёрта, несколько человек с отвёртками будет сидеть. Так и тут, сидит несколько человек на одной операции, чтобы уложиться в такт.

Спорно - аппарат который лепестки загибает, да ещё в разные стороны наверняка очень узко-спецефичный, в серийном производстве это бы на токарнике делали

Which gives me an idea to "K&N" circular-"airbox"-filter with external enclosure of doubling-volume curvature (snail-horn shape)... center is cone-filter cover (for looks) and external circumference the actual filter to air-box forming 3 layered conical shape. Propulsion of blower should be a "honda" grass-cutter petrol engine... what shall i use it for... ... ... need to develop idea further... hmmm...

Ist schon komisch, gleich zu Anfang. An der lauten Maschine, keinen Gehörschutz aber einen Mundschutz, da steht doch der Mitarbeiter alleine da. Also wem schütz er da? Ist in dieser Situation der falsch verstandene Gesundheitschutz wichtiger als der Schutz vor Ansteckung wo doch keiner da ist?
