As an avid fan of ISAB for years now, I am very shocked and disgusted to find out that they would be promoting something so scummy such as “fair wages” and “worker rights.” Truly a shame and a shining example of how an amazing youtuber could have such a horrible downfall.

@@tsquitz It disables farming in all game modes. This can be overwritten in mod settings but farming breaks things very fast. On a related note; this mod also supports co-op and bosses. There's a fun mechanic where you can sell in co-op chimps by transferring the money around so the other player's debt auto sell would kick in.

Honestly this mod is so unique and creative to the normal game, it feels like it could be an entirely new genre of tower defense games

isn't the attack speed buff she gets based on cost, 10% being the minimum? so she'd always get only 10% attack speed bonus since everything is so cheap

For the last round, you could buy absolutely anything you want because they wouldn't disappear till after you beat the round.

Fun idea to add to the mod is where at certain rounds, monkeys will sometimes ask for a promotion/bonus for a little more wage that overtime will increase. And in return, you have a boost that can range from a dmg, pierce, range, atk speed, etc. And you can take away that bonus/promotion anytime if the wages becomes to expensive for you to sustain, taking away the bonus and reverting back to the monkey with its base wage with upgrades and stuff.

The monkeys actually recieve the same salary, it's just that once you get to Freeplay, the monkey government subsidizes most of your monkeys' payment since you've proven to be a reliable contractor.

Depends on if there's any mods out there with them. There's a few modding discords where you can usually see a channel full of a list of mods, and there may or may not be a mod with the BMC maps.

I feel like farms are probably insane with this mod, assuming that they make more money per round than their salary.

Now that's a realistic tower defense. Paying your staff for the efforts sounds like a nice touch of reality.

This is a fantastic idea.

Heroes should be free, they probably are the sort of monkey that would fight the battle of their own accord, without money motivating them

I think this challenge is funner in impoppabble, because you can actually farm and struggle with the prices. In chimps, you just do the same thing you would do without the mod.

Unless I'm missing a different mechanic with it, in impoppable any farm that makes more than 1/20th of the cost of its price per round would be an insane turnaround, since you could buy a bcentral for 1/20th the price and instantly make back your money.

I asked during isab's stream, and multiple times on previous videos, I have been interested in a god boosted avatar of wrath video. I did two tests, one with Geraldo and one with Obyn. The obyn test did better than the Geraldo test btw. In both tests though, the aow crushed round 200. To be fair here, I added an ultra boost and overclock to it before the bads showed up and used Homeland defense, but you get the point.

These towers are better at getting good salary than I am in my entire lifetime.

I think this mod with the mastery mode not being on half cash would be interesting as a counter balance.

Not to make it political or anything but farms are op in this game mode just like irl. Costs 5% per round but you pocket more than 5% per round. That’s surplus value baby. The more money you want to make, the larger capital investment you need at the start, to spam as many farms as possible. Without a good chunk of capital you’ll be way behind. As a bonus you can use your stolen value to fund your monkey military!

A paragon in chimps is one of the most cursed things i have ever seen.

honestly this mod is disproportionally harder on chimps because no farming means you'll eventually hit a point where you can't power up your army any more without losing money and putting you on a timer before you eventually have to sell things and lose
