    I can't believe she said she would tell her daughter to take the $100,000 to an investment professional and then incur a lot of unnecessary fees. It's probably a bias she has from being an institutional investor ... if she told the truth, Columbia would start wondering, why are we paying all these management fees?

    It’s good to see a black women in a position like this, it will open a lot of doors for future women of color to step in. Most importantly, she seems highly intelligent and professional.

    Why does she say "they" when talking about the institution she works for? Doesn't seem aligned.... Is this the best that Columbia can do? The school of value investing in the center of NYC underperforms most Ivy Leagues. It's disappointing.... As an alum of CBS I could do much better

    Everyone has a certain level of privilege at some stage in their lives. But if the person is not capable, privilege can only get you so far. Kim has shown to be extremely capable
