daniel ross Yes The Death Sculptor is my favourite of them all, and An Evil Mind is fantastic. It was so taut and suspenseful I actually was shaking

I think this guy is a stand in for Chris Carter- no way he's a writer, his vocabulary and articulation is waaay off and does not come across as smart dude who would work with criminals... of all things

He was born in Brasil, but that's not the main reason to why he kind of "can't speak properly". Clearly his writing is top notch and he speaks perfect english. So, some people usually have a hard time expressing themselves verbally. Could be because of many reasons such as social anxiety, or when their brain works too fast to finish the sentences or plan what they're going to say, that they lose track of what they were saying already. But when you're writing, nobody is eyeing you, you can take all the time in the world to write AND you're most comfortable. Most people express themselves way better when writing. And I can relate to this even as a native speaker, It happens more often you think.

Also, remember that books are edited. So grammar, conciseness and all of that are handled by an editor, whose job it is to make the books read professionally and articulately.

@@aw.7114 nah dude it takes a degree in solid law or psicology to be able to work with serious offenders. so even though I read 4 or 5 C Carter books, hearing this guys speak, no I confirm he did not write the books.
