  People would have more respect for politicians if they just told the truth. "You're right, trust have been broken, and I can't imagine your sense of loss and anger over this situation. All I can say, mistakes were made, and all I can give is my word we've learnt from them and will do the best we can't to make sure we don't repeat them again." That is the correct responce, assuming not all politicians are irresponsible psychopaths that is. Love or hate them, that's why people can respect politicians like Trump or Farrage, solely because they're honest in what they really think. This puppet? You can't respect a guy like that. This guy literally told him his mum died while they were partying, and he's still poking him in the eye with his ever growing nose. Disgraceful.
