@@StayFractalesque Dark Souls 1's Seath kind of makes that untrue, without glitches/skips. The only reason you can "no hit" it is because runners have the mutual understanding that it's scripted and doesn't really count.

@Zote The Blood starved beast always gives me a hard time. But, I also don't use items against bosses except healing/antidote and guns. His poison can be hard to deal with.

This game is a masterpiece. I've never put so many hours into a game, even more multiplayer focused games like shooters. I play through it at least once a year, never get bored of it somehow.

Still the best story line of any game IMO. They way the crazy story is weaved into the game and you have to discover it yourself by reading between the pages rather than being forced at you is just so addicting to me. I remember taking so many tries to kill most of those bosses that you managed in like 5 hits XD. GG bro, keep up the fire content!

​@Homelander It really is a similar story three different times but I like DS2's variation of it with Vendrick going to war with the giants, Manus' return, and lots of other crazy RPG elements with the side quests.

41:13 “Micolash has an item that looks like Ebrietas,” if I recall correctly, the lore of that item is that it summons pieces of Ebrietas to attack opponents. Very accurate, neat.

You can get an item in the lecture building or the nightmare of mensis called auger of Ebrietas and that’s the attack he uses so yeah you right

This run was the intense! There were some bosses that wouldn't cooperate and everything didn't go according to plan but squilla adapted and persevered. And he even popped off to Moon Presence at the end of it. Good shit, squilla. Congrats!

This is incredible. I finished the game once, didn't have the DLC. So bought the hard copy game of the year edition and it corrupted my save data. I ain't ever been back to it... but I can live it out again through this.

Why did I wake up to this? 🤣 I swear youtube sends the most random videos after I fall asleep to youtube lmao

When I saw the title of this video I thought it was clickbait. A no hit run is so impressive and I dread to think how much effort goes into learning every encounter in such detail. I died about 20 times on my first play through which is a lot less than dark souls games. I put that down to the healing system and amount of blood vials in comparison to estus amount in dark souls. However, not being hit is almost unthinkable.

Watching your BloodBorne videos inspired me to finally attempt a blood level 4 run. I got all of the main bosses. But I didn't go for all bosses bc there's a few that I just know I cannot do. Among those is Gerhman, since he's considered optional I feel my run is complete. I'm still trying him, but I am not succeeding in any way. If I do get him then I'll be even more satisfied, but if not then my first ever not bl4 run is done!

@@wraith7657 (I'm aware how late this is) But, no he's not "Required" to complete a BL4, he's an optional boss, fighting him leads to one of two endings, but the other ending of the 3 is accessed by not fighting, therefore making you incorrect.

There’s a neat trick I found that I haven’t seen so Imma just leave it here. You can fight Gherman and Moon Presence without ending the run if you hunter’s mark out. You can use a bold one to use the echoes to level or what have you. The ending cutscene commences when you reenter the boss room.

To add to that. It works if you use the bold hunter’s mark right when MP dies, and then you click reawaken right when the echoes show up at the top-right.

I just played this game for the first time, must've died to Ludwig like 20+ times, and I never saw him do that breath attack once.

Did you know that with the Blueman Group boss there's an item that I think is called the Boneblade. (there's more to the name I know it) where if you get the actual guy of the group, he hangs back a bit from the rest, you turn the whole group on him and the whole boss fight turns into a joke as his bodyguards mob him.

What's in the nex--DEAR GOD WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT" thing that's such a trademark of the series actually really well. Except Chalice Rom. Fuck Chalice Rom. If Sister Friede is a Bloodborne boss in a Dark Souls game, Chalice Rom is a Dark Souls boss in a Bloodborne game. Fight feels awful.
