This game would run better if it came to Steam. Higher resolution and framerates.

Wow, that is surprising to hear the bug is still around. Sorry you encountered it. Hopefully your save game and/or PS4 didn't get corrupted.

Luckily it was a one-time occurence, but I got legit worried at first that something happened to my machine.

@@redreploid1713 Really so it is now a locked 30fps? I thought I heard it still had frame pacing issues on PS5... If this is fixed than I have another reason to get a PS5 in the future beside Demon's Souls.

This bug happened to me with the boss one reborn yesterday :(

i was knowticing some frame rate issues myself but what your experincing is 100x worse than my issue. there might be something wrong with your ps4 because i never had this problem with the boss

again another video where the game looks playable. before the 1 fps in the video that is XD. how come my games runs like 15-20 fps or less and is super choppy and crappy. haven't even gotten past the second boss due to it being unplayable.

+Kris Plays Your still getting this even with the latest patch? You may need to either re-install the game and/or use "rebuild the system database" using the PS4's safe mode to scan your HDD.

I get this happen to me as well always at fog gates really annoying I hope the patch coming this week fixes it makes it almost impossible to help players in co-op

Me too! I contacted Sony so they are aware about this so hopefully we will get it fixed in the upcoming patch.

***** I noticed it's still very buggy. :'( I started a new character to see if maybe my save somehow got corrupted and that's what was causing the frame drops or that I have the digital copy of the game, maybe it needs reinstalling? Will confirm if I see a difference.

There is another patch coming to fix load times and hopefully the frame drops.

***** I can confirm that making a new character helped the fog wall frame drop. I haven't since had any frame drops going through fog walls.

These were day one issues, there shouldn't be these drops with the latest patch.

well there's still drops in the game, and the pvp is still grap, and bosses fight wiht co-op is absolutely laggy as hell, this game is meant to be played alone or wiht friends that are near-by, DS3 with bad connection is better online than this game with "average" connection
