I like how the toilet is designed and connected to the floor plumbing it’s much serviceable than the ones we have in the states ours are installed with a wax donut seal and bolted to the floor and the bolts are usually rusted ,no good.

Having small kids there. I had kids need to put stuff down the toilet all the time. I noticed the toilet paper roll empty. Maybe the kids had some fun and flushed all the toilet paper down. The drain blocked it up. It's amazing what you find down there. You should know all about that
