I never thought I would be so fascinated by drain unplugging videos. Ollie, you do a great job of explaining everything and you also do a great job of clearing the problems. I have to admit you have one of the dirtiest jobs I’ve seen.

every now and then when i finish watering my garden and turn off the hose, i point it up and say 'pressure off' and press it just like you haha

They could go YEARS in between needed to be accessed/ IN the meantime, houses get bought and sold, and grass and weeds can cover something like that in a few months. Then people will do landscaping, or pouring a pad, and completely cover it. Not to mention old owners purposely covering an access cause they don't want it to be seen, and new owners simply not knowing where it is.

I live on a sandbar island and we can't go very deep without hitting water so we keep our pipes much higher.

Many plumbers , converters, mechanics etc have a washer and shower in the garage to deal with the worst of the dirt. And come into their homes feeling clean.

Man that probe comes in handy quite a bit. Even if it didn't locate the boundary trap in this video, it is still very useful as seen in other videos.

I think any trade needs a probe, find drains, edges of foundations, septic tanks etc etc. And if you want to buy a block of land in a place where there can be big boulders. Test the ground, choose carefully.
