What are those nut shells have they been put there by squirrels or other animals most of your storm drain vids I've seen have the same thing like acorns ❤ can you find out and what other animals have you found inside what we call in the UK guttering pipes we know youve found lots of frogs Im from Worcester City United Kingdom ❤Kingdom please please keep up the good work Gavin we love ❤ you lots

Regional differences are interesting. Where we are the downspouts from the gutters drain onto the lawn diverting the water from the storm water system.

ROOTS! Plumbers get the best roots? Tackled a ruddy great Ficus yesterday, chopped the demon down & pulled an enormous fat root out of the sewer pipe. Roots! The dunny still isn't flushing though but that's tomorrows problem. I never knew roots were a problem before I watched things on PooTube.

It's the cleaning cycle of a swimming pool filter. Basically runs water the opposite way to get rid of the crap that builds up in the filter media.

That pool backwash is also a VERY large volume of water so a good test to see of pipes are clear.

Some honest feedback Gavin from a guy that although I do not make videos, I watch a ton of them. Experiment with cutting out all the intro stuff and get directly to the point at the job. From a viewer standpoint you show what went on, then talk bout what is going on, then get there and talk again about what it going on, and then finally get to the good part. I honestly skip more than 1/4 your videos most all the time. Just some honest feedback.....tictoc brain is real and most viewers are conditioned to either grab their attention within 30 seconds or so, or they are gone onto another video. Not to compare you guys at all, but I believe a lot of the success DA has had is his zero intro, zero focus on himself, hits the ground running and has your attention from the second the video begins.

I completely understand the can’t get a hold of your plumber scenarios. We’ve had a couple of emergency type jobs over the last couple of years, managed to get decent guys to sort for not rip off prices to be fair. You mention fitting new shower, they say yeah this is something I can do, you contact them 2 weeks later to invite them back to quote and…. radio silence. Tumbleweed. Nada.
