Personally I feel these two lifts are more efficient and not as flimsy as the present-day Mitsubishi Singapore elevators.
Lift B does not have any sensors as it has old black bumpers. Lift A has sensors and has the silver bumper with a black line in the middle. Lift B here has a feature whereby when an exterior call is waited on for too long, it would announce "Sorry to keep you waiting." after it has opened at that floor. I tried doing it on Lift A several times but it didn't work.
According to what I've observed, apartments in this estate with 2 balconies have Mitsubishi lifts, while apartments with 1 balcony have Fujitec lifts.

I think it's rare to see a Mitsubishi elevator with that kind of car operating panel in Singapore (cmiiw). These are Mitsubishi GPS-IIIMZ btw, which is a version of GPS-III for modernization of older Mitsubishi elevators.
Interesting how the floor indicator on each floor shows both lifts floor position even though only one of them stops at each floor.
The indicator and the COP inside Looks like the Shanghai ones at Enterprise Centre
Property Guru Said that this condo open in 1981 but the lifts were from 1978. The one at SRX Was from 1978
The camerma almost rogged off at 1:47 due to the shaking of the doors, btw I also KZreadr and that has happpend to me before, I was surprised how shaky the lift was and I went up then went down ASAP. It was at blk 613C punggol drive, and the lift indicator said 22 YET THO THERE WAS NOT A 22ND FLOOR BRO.

And also this lift looks new because of the door closing chime
I wonder how much longer these lifts would last as these do not serve every single 100% of the floors.
Some of the elevators got even in the odd numbers they are all not replaced as completely in Taipei it actually is Mitsubishi Japan it was made in Taipei

Btw Mitsubishi lifts control panel can even control to a floor
Interesting to see fishy doors in a private estate. These fishy patterns are meant specially for HDB blocks.

not sure. I walked 15 minutes from Braddell MRT all the way here.
Very soft
You stand at the door for too long or you block the door it will close and have no sensor because is Nudge mode

1997/1998 to mid 2000's. The successor of GPS-IIIMZ is ELEMOTION.

IDLift3000 then it would’ve been very likely it was upgraded in the same year as the fujitec lifts, so that would’ve been 2001.
