So cool happy for you and great addition to your awesome collection! ... I know that the prototype that they had at SDCC looked really good and honestly that is what it should of looked like imo. But still an awesome piece. I don't have this one but I have the JND that I really love. It's quite frankly amazing.

Besides the minor nitpicks with the cape, ears, and magnets, the sculpt work and paint look phenomenal and let's be serious, who the hell will pose it with Pattinson sculpt? We all want to rock it the way it was intended....PURE VENGEANCE. Awesome review, and the best looking bat suit in live action to me so far.

@@jakeel85 I have the Batman slightly edging TDK cause it feels more of a BATMAN movie with pure detective noir roots. He’s also a very flawed Batman who is still learning his craft. A great beginning point in Batman’s career. Has more significance to it. I watch it a lot and dig new things from it.

Great Detailed Review! Prime 1 did a really good job on this piece with tons of details and similar to screen. I own the JND version and I am quite confident JND has close to perfect likeness and the suit sculpt is close to flawless to collor and detail accuracy. I know JND is much more expensive but I think Prime 1 has a lot more issues and inaccuracies on a still 1/3 not cheap statue. I hope collectors can see both statues in person and really see the quality of each company and can compare easier.

Thanks! The JND piece looks great except for the Pattinson sculpt. The cowl sculpt looks really great though but it does on this too. You can't go wrong either way.

Love this piece, Received mine last week, The cape was an issue for me as well. I’m just worried about the material of the cape with time. Need to find a replacement. Enjoy the statue. It’s a Awesome piece.

I've watched the review like three or four times now, haha. Even though there are a few small issues that concern me, I believe Prime 1/Blitzway did an amazing job with the details, realism, and overall presence of this statue. I've also looked at every photo of it on Facebook, and it seems like everyone's chest plate is slightly raised above the cape. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but I hope it's not a widespread quality control problem or anything. Definitely keep us updated if you are able to figure it out!

Overall, it looks pretty good. The cape issue would bug me. I also think the unmasked portrait is just ok (although I would mainly use the cowl portrait anyway).

Mine arrived today!!!! Only issue is like you said the cape attaching to chest. Mine is fantastic. I guess i got lucky! My best piece and I have quite a few

Congrats on owning this beautiful piece! I thought about purchasing it after I watched your review, but I only have one spot for it in my display room and the Prime 1 Studio Batsuit V 7 .43 is occupying that spot right now. Do I sell it and get this one? Who knows, they’re both awesome pieces in their own right. I’m impatiently waiting for the Hot Toys Deluxe Set and batcycle to arrive. I love the different posing options that come with this set. I would like to watch your review on this one also and get your thoughts on it. Thanks for the review.

I wish they had a separate bust to display the other head, I guess they’ll sell that separately too just like the heath ledger statue And I’m actually the opposite with the cowl, I love the simpler, more classic looking cowl but don’t love the rest of the suit lol

Did it loose a lot of the detail in the face? Do you see any 5 o clock shadow? From the video it looks like it softened up a lot from the prototype and did you ever get the ears to stay straight? Thanks! Nice video and congrats! I’m still trying to decide if this is worth the $700 more than queens.

Not a lot but it's not as crazy as the shots we saw from comic con. The ears are better now. I don't notice a curve anymore. I love it. The presence is pretty incredible imo but the queen piece looks good too. I like the base on this better though. The queen base is weird.

Thanks for the upload! It looks great, just seems like the engineering on it is a bit flawed. I really want to pick this one up, it's just a bit pricey. I also think that the cowl is leather wrapped around an armored helmet, so he should be protected up there still.

Yeah I love the piece. The likeness is fantastic and it looks great. The other options aren't perfect either so this one is still the better option imo.

Great piece, still trying to figure out which version I want, but looking at yours is drawing me closer to get the one you just reviewed. When you was taking the straps off the Styrofoam I noticed to the left on your wall you had a Court of owls comic book framed. Can you tell me the title to that one, I would love to get it to put next to my Prime One Studios The Talon.

Thanks for the video man. I was waiting for your review before I preordered from the Prime 1 site. I think I’m going to do it, how does he compare as far as size and scale next to other 1/3s? Prime 1 always seem to have a problem with scaling. And the cape…I had the prime 1 Affleck and the cape was a bitch to get it. I ended up using museum putty to help keep the head and cape secure. Would love to see your review of the hot toy Batman too

Thanks! Blitzway pieces are scaled correctly unlike a normal p1 piece so it'll scale fine with other Blitzway or true 1/3 pieces. It looks incredible in person and I'd definitely recommend it but yeah I might need to keep fighting with the cape.

@@jakeel85 Hi, congrats, fire statue, cannot wait for him to get it. So what is the problem exactly? If you put the cape in the magnets aint touching? If so, maybe try to add a small piece of magnets and it would be a tighter and stronger fit then. Just thinking what would I do...I used very thin, small magnets on other statues as well. ;)

I bought him because of the Pattinson Head . I think he looks great . My Wife also says he looks awesome . She should know ,because she loves him 😅 But hey ,your are Happy with this great Piece . Me too 😊

I pre ordered it and 2 weeks ago I got the notification that it was ready to be shipped. I waited to see the first reviews and, while it was just pictures in and there, I wasn't feeling it and dropped it. Your review confirms my thoughts, it's a downgrade, Pattinson's HS is less less appealing than the prototype's, various flaws here and there : bent ears, magnets a bit lose, hands too close to the holster, the cache for the cape and the list goes on and on. Glad I chose to go for the Hot Toys version instead. Clearly not the same scale but ultimately, best bang for my bucks. Thanks for your honest review man, you took a bullet for me.

Hot Toys has a lot of issues with theirs. That is why a ton of people are modifying theirs through custom toy makers. It is probably the figure with the most demand for custom updates.

@19:00, you mentioned The Batman didn’t save the day. I disagree because he changed the public’s perception of him, even the cops, with his ‘heroic’ actions during the flooding. It may not be the type of ending that you wanted, but I believe that will all be turned around during the next film. Remember, The Dark Knight ended with Batman being the ‘villain’, although he defeated the Joker, saved hostages, saved Gordon’s family and defeated “Two-Face”.

Yeah but Batman had an actual showdown with the Joker in that film and stopped him from killing more people. He didn't just turn himself in and then watch his master plan go off because Batman couldn't figure it out in time. That really disappointed me. But I still love the film. I just hope they stick the landing better in the next one.

Great Video.... Im not a fan of this movie as much as the Dark Knight by Nolan trilogy.The Nolan trilogy was super well written. Pattinson is an ok batman... Maybe the next movie he does it has a better ending.

Any statue that uses batteries I don't even bother putting them in. I wish these companies would stop using batteries. Long term it makes no sense for batteries. Plus there is no way to control these statues without going over to them and clicking them.

The unmarked head sculpt likeness is weak. Especially the jaw

The Pattinson sculpt looks like a major downgrade from the prototype stuff we saw in pics and at comic cons.
