You are not the only one who started tearing up the first time hearing this! The song was written and dedicated to to their drummer Tamu and her new child. She had been away on maternity leave and they had her learn the song while she was away. This was the first time they had all played together in a long time and they surprised her with playing this song where they all turned and sung to her, hence why alot of them also start crying.

Wonderful reaction! I have watched this video several times and have not finished it with dry eyes yet. Between Mayu's vocals and the instrumentals, the emotions are cranked way up which crosses all language barriers. I love it! Have a great day!

I've been a card-carrying Metalhead for 50 years and even I get emotional every time I watch them do this song. And it's not just us.... Mayu herself couldn't finish singing it without crying when it was the encore of their sellout live concert at Line Cube Shibuya in January 2022. I recently got the Blu Ray of that gig and, sure enough, I was a goner again! Beautiful, beautiful song! Okay, now that I've just watched it yet again, I'll have to watch them do one of their heaviest bangers ("Zen") to regain my composure! 🤘
