A good finale; it didn't beat season 5 finale's for me; but it was still good, great even. People call Starlight a Mary Sue; but Mary Sue's are perfect in anyway, when Starlight isn't. She's great at magic but not so much at hanging out with other ponies or talking to them; as we've seen in previous episodes; so it was nice that was a focus for the finale. Seeing Luna and giving Starlight great advice was good to see; and what was nice about it was that it didn't feel shoehorned in. As soon as I saw Pinkie Pie I just knew that it was a Changeling. Seeing Discord be so upset about Fluttershy being taken was fantastic! Long live the Fluttercord shippers! XD. I was hoping that Ember and Gilda would show up; but I understand that they live far away and probably wouldn't have got there in time to help; and seeing everyone be forced to get along and try to help was great. I was so worried that when Queen Chrysalis reached for Starlight's hoof that everything would be fine and be redeemed; but she wasn't and I was so unbelievably happy. I love Queen Chrysalis, she's one of my favorite villains from the show; but I personally think that she should stay a villain, and I was happy that she did. Although since she left and is out for revenge to Starlight it's possible that she could come back. Maybe in season 7? Or the pony movie that's coming out in 2017? That could be interesting to see. Maybe; who knows? Great reaction! XD.

I was wondering, I know you guys said that you watched Gravity Falls, did you make reaction videos for them? I was also wondering if you guys could react to other shows if you haven't seen them? Steven Universe, Star VS The Forces of Evil, Wander Over Yonder, Over The Garden Wall, Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir? If not that's perfectly fine, I understand. But if you do react to any of them maybe you could do re directs to them on Google Drive? Just a suggestion! XD. And yeah youtube thumbnails sucks!

So glad there are reactors who weren't spoiled (much). KZread thumbnails spoiled me on the villain and eventually the entire group of rescuers, and a user poll on deviantArt spoiled the transformation. =/

Yeah, it's really hard to avoid spoilers when you have to wait so long after the episode's release. It's actually pretty amazing that I somehow managed to avoid spoilers almost entirely. I guess I've just managed to get really good at avoiding looking at KZread thumbnails.

has anyone noticed that some of the new formed changelings have gems on the front and some dont idk if theres a female changeling but the queen.

Worst case, you can always just upload stuff to google drive and then make a redirect video for KZread.

Actually, it just occurs to me now that Thorax said he took part in the Canterlot Wedding invasion...so technically, he was a villain. When he defected in Time's a Changeling, I guess you could say that's when he reformed....technically speaking.

Thorax was technically a representation of the changelings. It's in their nature to feed on other's love, starving all the time is horrible. It's probably instinct to seek for a source of love for food, and as they're starving, they force/steal the love without. By denying that need and willing to seek an alternative(making a friend) it can be considered as reform I guess??

I'm sure there going to reform Crysalys one of these days. but im glad she's still a villain for now, as it gives them more time to give her development, so if she does reform it doesn't seem rushed.

I've wanted for her to be reformed more than any other villain or antagonist in the show, ever since her first episode, but I suppose it's good that they broke the pattern and actually didn't reform someone for once. Also, in doing so they showed us a different facet of her character, that she isn't actually the caring kind queen of a misunderstood race we might've thought her to be after ACW: she was apparently hiding the truth from her subjects and forcing them to give her all the energy... either that, or maybe she didn't know, but she's still pretty selfish because she doesn't change her mind after seeing her subjects change.

Antroid actually I think that she didn't know abaut it but she felt that if they know how to be satisfied they wouldn't need her anymore and thorax would be king (exactly what happen) and at the end she felt bretrayed by her family that's why she run away or well that's my opinion

@@AntroidIt's always been obvious Chrysalis wasn't a caring leader or misunderstood, she made her motives plain during her rant after being exposed in "A Canterlot Wedding" all she cares about is getting as much love as she can so she can be as powerful as she can get.

Sure, but there at least used to be plausible deniability since she also spoke about feeding her subjects or whatever, I forget. A lot of people liked the thought that she's this secretly caring mother that the cruel and prejudiced ponies deny her only source of food or some shit.

Hmm. For season 7... maybe expand the world a bit more? The official map of Equestria has lots of places on it we haven't really seen yet, and that's not even accounting for the fact that there are lots of unexplored areas not on the map. I'd also really like to see an episode focused on Celestia. She's probably the only major character who hasn't had an episode dedicated to her yet. As for the movie... I really have no idea. We talked earlier about how it'd be cool if Sunset Shimmer returned to Equestria for the movie, but there's so many other potential directions they could go with something like that that I'm not really sure what to expect...

Indeed, to see more of the map would be nice, and a Celestia focused episode seems like a good idea, speaking of Celestia, I would like to see an episode focused more on the Royal Sisters as fillies and their backstory, since they said in the Crystalling episode that it's the first time an Alicorn has been born. That gets me to think about the scenario that led the Royal Sisters to become Alicorns. Maybe since they were royal sisters, they inherited/were given Alicornship when they were ready by their elders.

The pitch was higher because of the frame rate. The version you watched was from the UK. The frame rate standard in the UK is different than the US so it's slightly faster thus the high pitch.

Well, technicly Chrysalis still has the 12 Changelings who replaced the Mane Six, Spike, Celestia, Luna, Cadance, Shining Armor and Flurry Heard. But the show propably won't touch that and let Chrysalis be on herself...Anyone else hoping to see an alliance between Chrysalis and Tirek?

Maybe if they actually did something with his character this time. I thought he was 100% bland and boring in his two-parter. Despite the fight scene, still my least favorite villain in the show. Honestly I'd rather she tries to bring Sombra back. Dunno why but he's less boring to me.

Andrew Meyer Didn't his backstory comic just kinda stop in the middle, abruptly? Either way, I don't really consider the comics when thinking about the characters in the show (not even the good ones' like everything with Chrysalis). I don't think the show's writers keep them in mind either (if they even read them - I vaguely remember seeing one of them saying they don't). And anyway, from what I remember in the comic, everything AROUND him was interesting, but he was still the "hurr durr evil power hungry maniac for no reason" guy he is in the show... wasn't he?

Antroid It's been awhile since I read that series, but yeah I think his primary motivation seemed to be an obsession with power. Though it's not like Chrysalis and Sombra are much better in that regard. I think he was also feeling tied down by his parents or something... can't really remember at the moment. The worldbuilding was really cool though.

the only Changelings that change were at the Hive, what about the ones that replaced the other ponies?

if you go for gravity falls, I recommend using redirect videos and have the actual reaction on googledrive...or dailymotion if that isn't an option. It's never a good idea to tempt Disney. And you don't want to battle the copyright system for every reaction

Hey pony watch, I have been watching MLP since season 4, but I've never called myself a brony until recently. Im not really familiar with how to make an OC picture thingy.(sorry idk how else to describe it). I was wondering if you knew.

You mean a drawing of your OC? The easiest way is to use Pony Creator. It's pretty great for quick, rough sketches of what you want your OC to look like. The downside is it doesn't offer a lot of room for creativity with your character's design. For that you'd have to draw it yourself, or find someone to draw it for you.

Gravity Falls eh? That's a pretty good series, although it finished. If you're looking for another series after that, may I suggest Steven Universe? While it starts off pretty light hearted, it ends up with unbelievable depth while still being funny.

Great reactions I was thinking all the same things you were but what I really hope is that Chrisillis will replace Dragon Ember and turn the dragons against Equestria then when that doesn't work have her, king somber, and Tirek team up.
