EDP is a masterpiece

Nice review AC. Its very nice and beautiful blended high quality fragrance. Chanel is awesome.

The edp is in my top 5 favorite frags in fragrantica- this juice is just pure mastery.

Best Bleu scent one of my all time favorites

Almost all the Chanels I've tried (including les exclusives) smell spectacular on shirt and long lasting compared to on Skin.

I’m surprised you didn’t mention the sweet mandarin orange note in Bleu De Chanel EDP. That note absolutely screamed off my skin with this fragrance.

So i just got the edp for the second time. It's just great last long

Very nice review...elegance is the word for this one as rightly said...i have not tried the edt though ... curious as to how does the edt compare smell wise to this ? is the edt worth buying if one has the edp ?

EDT is very different to this opne and I have reviewed that one too, EDT is more sharper and less fruity but more emphasis on the woody amber aspect.

I suggest you to review on Racasi perfume blue for man please its my humble request.

yes I have , infact I have a playlist for all the fragrance houses that I have reviewed; for example I have reviewed 12 Chanel fragrances and they are all under one playlist called Chanel fragrance reviews. I have also created playlists for other fragrance houses to make it convenient for you all, have a look at the playlists when you have a moment.

yes indeed, that has to be a downside of this fragrance, it is very familiar.

I have the EDT and while I love the smell, the performance is just so disappointing. The EDT is my favorite scent in my whole collection. Which one is most similar to the scent of the EDT? The EDP or Parfum?

I would say the EDT, hands down.. theres something in it that Ladies really like :)

It is the best Chanel but no projection or pectoamce for me

Only indoors, I would suggest you sample both the EDP and the Parfum and see which one you enjoy the most Abid.

Never really rated this one , I read a polge interview years ago were he said the Edt was flawless and he didn’t really want to do this version as it wasn’t as good but the brand needed a reboot to boost sales ,

I smelled the parfum again recently. It's different than what I remember smelling in 2019. I guess my nose changed. I remember a prominent sandalwood that I don't really pick up anymore. I pick up more woody amber.

yeah, most probably parfum.

For me, and I'm not a master discriminating nose, but I just don't like the ambroxan/ambroxide smell. I can always tell (I think) when the fragrance is ambergris, which is lovely, vs the molecule they add in these fragrances. BdC, Sauvage, etc always seems off to me.
