A massage is relaxing but also sensual. My wife is a massage therapist and she said men often get erections. She said she just ignores it and tries to keep it professional. Years ago it happened to me with another massage therapist, I got an erection and I was worried that it would make her uncomfortable so I told her sorry about that and she said that's okay that it's common
