BLENDING GROW OUT | A Realistic Result For Limited Service Time
How to eliminate grow out
Blending bad roots
Getting rid of bad grow out

Hey guys!
My client came in and we had planned for a big transformation but has limited time to knock it out. Instead of being rushed trying to accomplish something I KNEW wasn’t possible, we went for something more realistic.
Look, I’m all about less stress in my life right now and I feel like we tend to push our selves to make the client happy when we know we don’t have enough time. Then run late for the next client, then you pull foils too quickly, etc…..
STOP. Just reschedule and do what you can today.
Hope this helps.

Thb I love to see something different from all of this perfect level 10 shadow rooted platinum blond hair. The warm tone suit her so well!
Girl🤣 You’re good, I here for the education not a fashion show. Without your videos I would be lost.
I love how real this is. It was a great start to a long consuming process. Client can afford each visit and you’re not promising unachievable results and stressing totally out.
Nice job!! 🙏🌹 And again, you're amazingly funny...😂😂😂 We missed you! Don't go so long, we always expect to see your great creations....🤗🙌💖💛💚
Beautiful job, as always! You are the best! This video was a great reminder about how that much dark regrowth means they are probably not going to be as super blonde with highlights as they want to be in one session. I had a client like this once and thought I could get it as light as she wanted by packing in a ton of foils. Nearly killed myself working for hours and no surprise, she still felt too dark. Her disappointment made me feel like crap. But if I had seen this video before, I would have said "it's not going to happen today, but this is what I can achieve and I'm going to need you to come in reasonably sooner if you want to reach that goal."

Would using a hi lift in this case work better or the same as the formula in this video? Some have a toner built in, which could save you time toning afterwards
I had the same thing done for my root melt. It grew out and I asked for baby lights just to break up some of the top. My hair isn't as dark as hers. It turned out well. I didn't know what to ask for when it grew out to make it look more natural and not having those harsh lines. You did a good job.
How excited watching your videos before hitting to work. Thanks
You are me! I talk just like you. I just found out I have ADHD at 46 but quite frankly I love being funny and I love your sense of humor!
Yesss I love it! I’m so glad I found you almost a year ago. When I start feeling blah about going to work, I binge your videos for inspiration and motivation. 😊
Yes girl create that miracle.

I love your videos. ❤❤❤ I'm learning so much
Beautiful job!!
Hermoso trabajo en serio me animas a dar lo mejor de mi a mis chicas✨
For clients with weakened hairline and want to minimise the damage and maximise new growth this is also a good way to go, the hairline is usually the most fragile and thin so good to leave it out of the foils
This was sooooooo good
Super helpful!!
Love it.
I never noticed your eyebrow til you pointed it out and UT was still not noticeable. You're funny..
If she wants to go full-blown after these babylights grow out, how would you proceed with blonding while avoiding the baby lights?
Kristi, what do you tone with here? What developer.......how do you keep her roots from lifting?
Love you 🌸
Do you always highlight with 20 vol? My hair is base 2/3 my hairdresser always uses 40 vol?

Always 20 even with naturally dark
You’re gorgeous girl
Im glad the trends are moving away from super ashy blonde that doesnt suit everyone ,and hopefully more ppl can embrace the warm especially people with the warmer toned skin looks nice i think and less damaging.
The finished style just made it look like it was done 4months ago vs a year ago. It looked awful. It would be beneficial if you’d go and obtain a hi light specialist certificate. You didn’t soften any lines. Your back comb was harsh, hard in the hair and done wrong. There are the correct tools to get the client the exact results they want vs what we can do with what we got. You had more than enough time to make her hair look amazing. I’m not trying to offend you in any way but hopefully you can understand you need to take a series of classes that specify mastering hi lights, techniques and results..

Comments like these tell me you didn’t listen to anything I said in the intro or through the service. This girls hair is massively thick And we only had 3 hours to complete the service. Just the application alone for a heavy foil would take 4+ hours. Like I said in the video, sometimes it’s better to do less to prevent future damage and over lapping, until you have time to tackle everything. We all know 3 hours for a color correction with a year of grow out, on self bleached hair, is not enough time.

Kristi is a professional who literally has hundreds of clients. Her backcombing was exactly like EVERY other professional does it. Darker blended and/or smoked roots have been the go to for quite a while now.....literally no one wants root to tip blonde hair anymore....this comment make me question your age.....and your ridiculous and unwarranted attacks make me question your color knowledge and mentality. No one made you watch the video....and unless I missed the memo, Kristi never asked for your input.
