INCREDIBLY useful video. I was doing this the hard way and saving different blender files lol. Craziness. This is such a lifetime saver. This video needs 23 million views not not 23k in 3 years. Insane. Thank you!

Totally agree, but that is insane, I also made different blend files for each cam in my first big project until I found out that I could animate just one camera to jump on one frame to another position and continue from there. it worked ok, but this workflow is much better and even easy to edit later PIXXO is a lifesaver

Great video! However, I'm using blender 2.9 - - and it seems like my camera markers only work in the default workspace tab (not modeling, layout, etc.). Either I never noticed this or I've made a user mistake, not sure which at this point. Was just wondering how to fix it and\or if anyone else experienced the same issue. Thanks!

essential tip, thanks mate! For bonus: Do you know how I can switch my active clip using marks also? I need this because I have motion tracking on each camera

It would be cool if one could seamlessly blend between cameras, not just instantly switch between them.

I use keyframes to make transitions. Set start location and final location. Control the speed by spacing keyframes. U can keyframe even lens or depth of field settings. Its not so cool as camera blend in UE for example, but im not suffer

I don't know if I'm misunderstanding but it sees like to me that the SECOND camera1 marker is redundant and not the first one like you said. But maybe its just has to do with where they a positioned.

It is. Each marker will indicate the beginning of the new camera. I use to set them up with two as well, one at the beginning and one at the end. A key-framing habit probably.

im using 2.79 (and sadly i cant update to the last version) and it just wont take it....select camera, make it the active, set the marker, bind the camera to the marker, swich active camera to the next one, move the time line, add a marker, and crtl + b on the time line to bind marker to the camera...nothing happens...is there another way to do this?
