Blender 2.9 The best way to bend a mesh

Blender tutorial - Bend a mesh super fast using the lattice modifier. This bending technique has no limitations. No need for using beziers and the deform modifier. By using the lattice modifier you can bend a mesh any way you want and still have correct geometry.

You are good at teaching. You should make more videos on blender , hard surface modelling techniques. There are not many videos on real life object modelling. It will help you grow immensely if you start making small tutorials under 15 minutes at same pace. Keep up the good work. I am a fan 👍👍👍

Thanks a lot! This was very helpful in getting a logo I made from a 2D image to wrap around the back of a curved doll chair.

can kind of do that with proportional editing but it's more destructive since you have to be a bit more careful and you can't really turn it on/off globally like a modifier. Yeah, these Blender things are like little puzzles to be solved for each case. Kind of frustrating but satisfying when you finally get SOMETHING to work. hehe thx

I find it far more controllable to use proportional editing. The mess retains its shape and is much easier to control how much of the mesh gets manipulated.
