exceeded? am i the only one that wasnt blown away and think its looking exactly the same? despite hearing all world known praises, special treatments, quality this, quality that? art is ok, animation mediocre and from what i can see, editing clips/scenes will be as bad as it was. The black sky with the purple outline is after the King is Dead and Wahrwelt as been created, we knew this was the color pallet they were going for since the first trailer in 2021 cause we had shots of Urahara and Mayuri with this ligthing in their respective figths The Renji shot has that lighting so the trailer implies that he´s gonna have a new figth scene since he only uses Bankai again in the final battle and Cour 3 ain´t going there yet plus that fight is in Soul Society not in Wahrwelt The portal stuff with Jugram is somewhat new, it should be the gate of the Sun that we know from the manga we just never saw how it actually looked we only saw the medalions on the floor that have the gate but ig it could be something completly new

The trailer back in 2021 wasn't completed, the black background was assumed they haven't decided what the backdrop was supposed to be so far in to the show. This is why cour 1 is different in the background compared to the trailer, where as in the trailer komamura shot was colored bright with blue background but once cour 1 aired it was desaturated and the background had sky/fog. This is also a pv so anything is up for change once the episode release, but its very likely its going to be black background due to thematically symbolism and it takes place in soul palace/Wahrwelt.

@@WieldMyWord no, the trailer was done with already the color pallet in mind, not o oh are the shots of Wahrwelt are black sky with purple but also the shoots of course 2 fights had the red background Color pallets are one of the first things that are decided

That Pernida scene was actually CG. The fact you couldn't tell means we're in good hands.

Trailer definitely exceeded my expectations glad to see them showing some fight scenes and movements instead of a bunch of stills like the other trailers I guess them claiming they want to improve wasn’t all talk after all u can definitely see they really want to improve after seeing the trailer now I have a little bit more hope for cour 3 especially some of my favorite fights like mayuri and shunsui they have to cook with those fights

Its going to adapt around 3.5 chapters on average per episodes, so I guess they will end it with "the theatre suicide scene 7" or somewhere in Deadman standing (we know the bankai is in the trailer).

I see that Uruyu is going around the new soul palace as opposed to the manga where he just stayed in warhelt until ic higo arrive, my theory is that we might get a renji V Uruyu anime fight. which would explain why he goes bankai. I mean it's not that unlikely, they teamed up to try and take down szayelaporro so if they do fight they could have this banter of them noticing how much stronger thet got and all that. I've also seen that it could be a rematch between him and mayuri, but after pernida Mayuri is pretty much out for the count, so could it be a pre pernida encounter?

No it's uryu vs ichigo. Look at the size of the arrow it can't be yhwach. And we know he uses more a sword than arrows but there was too many arrows and the size matches those from uryu's heilig pief . It was ichigo vs uryu . Yhwach's arrows are as big as uryu's seel scheinder = size of a sword.

You'll see both Renji and Uryu, if you take a closer look you'll see it's in the new environment created by ywach after he absorbed the soul king. This has nothing to do with ichigo's confrontation with uruyu at the beginning of cour 3

This trailer is straight up FIRE! Loved every frame of it, the colors and compositing also looks better than cour 1 and 2, it's just eye pleasing to look at, and art and animation both are FIRE 😭💯, Let's hope cour 3 EXCEEDS everyone's expectations 🙏

When Ichigo used Mugetsu it was a pact he made with Zangetsu (quincy powers) which is why ichigo hair became long and dark (just like Yhwach) in its transformation since he borrows powers from his quincy side (no physical sword). Ichigo didn't have control over "White" during the training with the vizard, its why it was dangerous since the hollow part was basically trying to consume him and fought to take control (which explains the incomplete form), while during the Ulquiorra fight it was a decision made to protect Orihime where hollow white saw "Masaki Kurosaki" in her hence why the tranformation reflect more the "original experiment white" when he has taken full control over ichigo.

Its 2d you can see in the frames that its drawn again rather it warping with the contrast like 3d does. It might only be drawn for that particular scene and then cgi when it comes to battle.

I'm super excited, but the animation doesn't look any different just more of whats already there.

Ppl actually ride demon slayer when s3 and s4 barely have a complete sakuga ep and even ds fans praised even just few min sequence like it is epitome of animation but when bleach cour 2 has something like that then ppl sh!tted on it alot that it is power point and just some cuts are good etc. However they really shown us the desire to be better from every category from cgi to visuals and animation. They still have 3 more fcking months and if they really cooking then god bless this gonna be best cour and if they even further improve next cour in all category then man this change is very great and excellent.

The thing with DS is that even if its on a season that has barely any fights is that it still shows "quality", good storyboarding, good composition and no iffy stills and wierd unintentional off model moments that one can screen cap and internet will clown on it. That is not much an issue since Ufotable is keeping the quality high enough that they can make Movie cuts for the normal seasons so they can monetize it more as they possibly could. So technically even the non fight scenes in DS are kept at a movie level quality. A Normal anime productions when they will feature a high quality fight, usually the episode before or after the fight episode will "tank in quality" so they could focus on just making the fight episode good. DS don't have that problem, all the episode quality are consistent throughout the season. Like if we go by your logic then Boruto should have been popular right? since it has some godly fight scenes. But it not well regarded like DS since Boruto looks shit outside of those Highlight fight scenes. It's not about riding the series it's just objective observations. There is a reason why people is wishing specific series to be animated by Ufotable because quality wise they won't disappoint, even Bleach TYBW was one of them before it was confirmed it was still Pierrot. I love bleach, but a lot of Bleach fans are hating Murata because a lot of the episodes he directed has a lot of "off model moments and sub par storyboarding". The "Quality" of an anime does not rely only with "Fight Scenes". People won't really complain if an anime screams quality even in scenes that are not about fights.

@@raiden_187 That is due to 80% of the show is cgi, if you remove all the cg you will notice tons of it are still imagery and incomplete like even the breathing styles are done with a 3d greaser pen which is so obvious. You will notice cg in demon slayer a lot more and how sterilized the environment is because of how intensive usage of cg and 3d projection, which dates back to S1 of Demon slayer where they used a 3d Tanjiro model walking when you didn't look on him directly or from the back view. However when it comes to artstyle Bleach has a far harder role of keeping consistency and high quality accuracy due to the manga, while demon slayer can get away more from the same face syndrome since its not trying to adapt the style of the manga to the tee.

Absolutely not. Court 3 will introduce a lot of new content, lot of things even manga readers never saw. Court 4 will cover the end of TYBW. Forget your hope for novels being animated in here.
