I can do runs, but no way near like that at all😅. These runs had me screaming, running and just in complete chills the entire. I’ve never heard some of these runs. Then the yodels mixed in to runs, like what! All the nuances were just impeccable. He’s an R&B singer, but you can tell he’s definitely influenced by Jazz! I mean the way he switches the melody or certain notes on a whim and ends deceptively with a chromatic notes just makes spasm😂! We didn’t even go into his crazy range and how seamless his register changes are! This was literally a masterclass of what a voice can do! WHOA🔥👏😱🤯! He may be the most technical male singer I’ve ever heard maybe! Him and Jazmine Sullivan are THE R&B runners for me!

“You can’t just do runs and hope for the best” DONT CALL ME OUT!! jk u are so right. As I started developing my voice and learning i could do runs, that’s all i did. Now I’m intentional. I make choices that have risk, but they’re still methodical. But every now and again i do a run without knowing where it ends and it comes out kinda cute lol but thank u for the gems u drop in each of these videos!

I’m new to your channel and what gets my attention is your facial expression and moments as you listen intensely to the artist. I can gather from your movements that you know what you are talking about just from the way you try to help the artist get the sounds out without knowing you are making those expressions. Lol! It’s cool to see you are really involved and focused. You are a true professional and artist. Thank you for helping someone like myself who doesn’t know anything about singing understand what techniques are being used and why an artist would choose to use them. 🙌🏾🤜🏾🤛🏾 You are appreciated. 🙏🏾

Jaron is my favorite easily these days. Simply because he's always telling us what others say you shouldn't so such as nasality, or speak singing, yet he always condones everything if you're doing it intentionally. Just absolute positive and supportive at all times. Love this energy

Mr Legrair, Once again I want to thank you for all of these amazing voices. I have you on KZread, Instagram and I just got TikTock and I had to force myself to stop. I really appreciate you. I myself have sang all my life and a collector of great music off several different styles. I'm having trouble with my head voice at this time. Sometime I can sing high and soprano, it comes and goes. But my soul is music. I live and breath music. Music is everything to me. I hope you do what you do for a long time. Thank You. Errol

Gifted singer. He has a good ear. Transitions are smooth. Growing up in the in-DUST-ry of all types is interesting, because I've heard so MANY voices & musicians that I've choreographed or danced for, that it's a different feeling; hearing for a note and hearing for a dance step.....a big difference in where the frequency touches the BODY. I love your channel because it REALLY has me see the difference on how singers and musicians hear different from dancers (as I see by their stage performances, they definitely see dance different.... 😂 😂...so many great sangers, when they take that, 'imma dance break (or say it)", they don't know how real dancers cringe a bit! 😂 😂 Similar to them when the in-DUST-ry uses dancers to "lip sync" or have to use the auto tune 😂😂😂). I took DANCE (43 years everyday), much more serious than playing instruments (piano, trumpet, & clarinet), & singing...for about 7-10 years every day..... just didn't like standing STILL when I heard music. But I remember when I was doing it all, I remember asking my voice teacher and piano teaching other things I was hearing they weren't, which was a "dancer's ear"; been REALLY looking into this because of the depth, but laymen explanations on this channel. Great stuff.
