My ex left me because i was neglecting her, spending more time with my buddies to ( party ) than her. Not treating her the way I should've , just not putting her 1st. Not doing the little things to make her happy. We was together for years and I guess I just always thought she would be there. And she did warn me it was coming if I didn't change, and I didn't listen. She actually told me after she left me to listen to this song. If there is possibly any guy out there whose girlfriend/wife is upset with you and told you to listen to this song....DO IT.......Listen to every damn word of it and soak in the meaning of this song. I didn't get the chance to make up for the mistakes I had made, she was already gone. I hope somebody somewhere reads this and wakes up. CoCo PuFF I enlisted into the Marines, when I left the Marines my fiancé found someone new. You don't know how hard it was for me to drive to her house and have her new man answer the door asking me who I was. I loved her, but she didn't love me. Wow! This song sure is a heart break for Blake. You can definitely hear the feeling in his voice.

This reminds me and my boyfriend. Earlier in our relationship we had a fight over something stupid and I had to take a breather outside. His house has sensors on the doors to alert when someone is leaving or coming in. I went to the backyard to cool down and sit with dogs so I can think and not say something stupid that could possibly end the relationship because I'm emotional and hot headed and thats isn't a good mix. My boyfriend was in his room and heard the door open, didn't know I was in the back yard and rushed out of the front door looking down the street for me. He started his truck and started looking for me. I called him to see where he was going and told him I was in the backyard. The moment he walked back inside the house, he gave me the biggest hug and was in tears because he thought I left. He wouldn't let go for hours. I had to make him sit on the couch to hug me because he seriously wouldn't let go until dinner time. He told me it was one of the worst feelings he ever felt and never wants to feel like that again. And now we've been together for over 3 years now, but it feels like a lifetime. Don't know what I would do without him.

This song makes me think of my husband... when we were younger. We had one of our silly little arguments and I walked out of the house to take a walk and just get away for a little while. It was late, about 10:30-11:00, but I left anyway. I walked half a mile from our house and when I was walking back home, I was passing a light post while he was driving down the road like a crazy man looking for me. It just so happened he didn't see me because the light post was blocking his view, but when I got home, he held me tight and apologized for whatever we were grumbling about. When he hears this song, he always squeezes me tight. Lesson learned. ;-)

if I wasn't worried about waking my brother's kids I'd be raising 3 kinds of hell right now. and it still don't change the fact that it's all my fault.

I don't know how it's even possible, but country music can make me kinda nostalgic for a world I've never been and never seen. It calms down and gives a feeling of infinity of time as if our life is not so short at all. It gives me meaning and desire to keep living through this difficult time

I love this video I have been going through a tuff time I think if I was a better wife I would still have my husband James Turnbull I couldn't believe that he did what he did I feel so alone I miss him soooooo much he was my best friend and I feel responsible I couldn't find away to help him I took him forgtanted I have lost so many people that I loved dearly, I need something good to happen for a change

I wont even lie this song is so powerful and heartwarming, and I cried almost everytime I heard this when I was 8

Me,and my cousin love this song so much we listen to almost every day

I mean, I'm not a rough type guy so I absolutely can relate to this song with some building tears in my eyes and also I would never consider myself a car guy or knowledgeable about much regarding vehicles...but...does anyone else think Blakes truck could use an alignment?

The only thing I can say is I'm glad I am not alone. We all have hurt. And dammit if I don't hurt right there with you all.

It's a heart breaker is what I mean.

I sing the songs that represent how I feel because they help me express my never ending woe, true love is a haunt when she won't come back. so I practice playing and singing the guitar and learn the songs that are meaningful to me.

Songs is so strong it's got me missing a girl I hardly know who left me on read for an hour

God, this song is too good to remind me of my ex girlfriend when I messed up 2 years ago.

I left, 7 states away..6 months later came home back to the man I love

why isn't this his no. 1 song !!

The reason that this is my favourite Blake song is because his passion and emotion in the chorus, how intense he is. It makes everything so much more relatable!
