I’m going to see a Blair practitioner next month. I was told there’s no cracking or popping. This looks like it’s not gentle or subtle at all….

patient doesn't feel a thing, the sound you hear is the table clicking down not the persons neck cracking. Very light and gentle

This is a Blair adjustment. Similar to toggle
