Thanks for the video, just purchased one myself. FYI-the nuts on the wheel casters are for leveling the griddle. Screw them all the way on with the nut, then if you have to raise a leg to level the griddle you tighten the nut against the leg as a jam nut. If you're going to use it on a nice level deck or concrete pad you'll probably be okay without them. If you don't want to spend the $10 on the seasoning you can use a high temp oil like avocado or grape seed oil. If you spend $10 for a bottle of avocado oil to season with you'll have a well seasoned griddle and the rest of the bottle of oil to cook with. Full disclosure, I bought a jar of the Blackstone seasoning, lol. Seasoning it tomorrow, bacon smash burgers tomorrow night!!

Thank you for the video. The instructions have left and right mixed up, also have the screws and bolts mislabled in the instructions (and washers with a different name) in the package. Maybe it is because I am a clueless female, but I have put plenty of things together without such mislabeling. 😂
