According to some experts, the United States and other regions of Europe may have a recession in 2023. Because China and emerging countries frequently grow faster than more developed economies, a global recession, which is defined as a decline in annual global per capita GDP, is more uncommon. Fundamentally, if economic growth lags behind population growth, the global economy is said to be in a recession.

It comes down to technique; a downtrend gives you room to focus on the market and grow significantly in the short or long term. While it is easier to make money when the market is rising, a downtrend can still yield high returns if you have the necessary knowledge and skills. For this reason, I have been scaling up during this difficult period by working with an investment advisor; this has been the only way I have raised up to $150K in the last six months.

We are in a recession . I don’t care what anybody says. People are struggling I was out on the West Coast last week. I can’t believe what they’re getting nailed for on fuel. Fuel prices, food prices insurance has all skyrocketed. Which also affects peoples housing, whether they rent or own. It hits everywhere for every day American. Corporations are doing well. They can manipulate the stock market. The Fed will manipulate the stock market and throw up smoke n mirrors. I’m grateful for you and your information. Thankfully, we have a few intelligent human beings that can give sound advice for those who are stuck on an hourly paycheck. Who were working two jobs some people are actually working three jobs. My daughter is one of them. And you people like myself , who have her own business Self-Employed and are always moving the chess pieces on the board to keep business coming in. Some of us do better than others. BlackRock And the rest of them I don’t listen to much what they say.

How are people ignoring the cost of living and struggling families who constantly affirm this via social media and tik tok….its absurd. literally every economist has been talking about this issue non stop.

More and more people might face a tough time in retirement. Low-paying jobs, inflation, and high rents make it hard to save. Now, middle-class Americans find it tough to own a home too, leaving them without a place to retire without any investment. Retirement becomes truly fulfilling when you possess two essential elements: financial resources and a meaningful purpose in life. Make prudent investment choices to secure good returns and ensure a comfortable retirement.

I have worked in tech for over 25 years. I have yet to see exactly where productivity improvements are occurring at a scale that justifies this report's assumptions. What is a difference if a recession causes a drop in economic output reducing spending or inflation devalues the money supply to cause a reduction in spending? To me, they both cause the consumer to purchase less. It sounds like the report is just arguing against the technical term for political reasons where the outcome is the same to the consumer.

The number of jobs lost vs jobs gained is way to wide a difference and doesnt leave alternatives for those that can not learn at the level that AI jobs would require. People keep saying its just like the industrial age but thats not true. The number of those who cant learn the new jobs is very different plus the changes before had major benefits for everyone in quality of life. AI only benefits the big business higher ups.

The jobs lost are also full-time jobs, and the jobs gained are part time. The corrupt feds changed the way they report the jobs numbers so part time jobs are reported as headline "jobs". AI also has a direct negative impact on job creation. Companies are cutting jobs because of AI not adding them.

The recession is currently the "most likely outcome for the economy and I cannot imagine being a victim of circumstances," with inflation at a four-decade high. My portfolio took a serious hit, and it won't get any better. This red season, I've heard of folks netting hundreds of thousands. How can I make sure of that?

I believe the safest method is to diversify investments. They can mitigate the effects of a market crisis by diversifying their investments across asset types such as bonds, real estate, and international equities. It is necessary to seek the advice of an expert.

It's true that many people underestimate the importance of advisers until their own feelings burn them out. A few summers ago, following an ongoing divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my company afloat. I looked for licensed advisors and found someone with outstanding qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k regardless of inflation.

Well, since their 40% "possoble recession" prediction didn't result in recession, what's the chance that their 97% "no-recession" chance will actually result in no-recession? I think, rather, that, the stock market will see boom due to AI bubble and also, cos, there's not much else to do to earn money.

There is no way the real economy is good, regardless of what the government and media is telling (lying to) us! People are struggling to get the basics… going into debt just to pay their bills, groceries, gas and basic necessities… even if job numbers are growing, they aren’t high paying good jobs, they’re mostly low paying part-time service jobs where a person needs two or three of them just to make money just to pay for day to day living expenses… I have a high salary and I’m feeling the pinch myself!

Wrong math on job growth or creation and immigration. Job growth is also for current citizens who leave one job and goes to another, or the merging of positions inside a company--its a "new" position but not a newly employed person.

The recession is starting at the bottom incomes and working itself up the income scale. When middle and upper middle incomes are forced to cut back because of lack of available credit then markets will come down due to drop in earnings.
