Rumania is where Transylvania is located. Slovakia was the poor part of Czechoslovakia that the Prague government were only too happy to grant indpendence to.

With respect to your opinion football is your everyday life. Everything evolves around football. Your never understand it’s more than 90 minutes every other week it’s your life dictates the pubs you drink in, places you go. It’s in your dna and never leaves you. But again fair play for your opinion

Hi Stephen,yes we were lucky to have won,wonder what it will be like on Saturday! Great view of the sunset,you were all aglow😎. It is a shame about parts of the town,but unfortunately its the same country wide. Been cold here in the Midlands too apparently its coming from the Atlantic. I lived in Blackpool from 1998-2000 so remember the Odeon and also the original home of Funny Girls. Your channel brings back many memories and I hope to head back over the Yorks/Lancs border one day and see the changes for myself!

There's an article on the Metro news website about squatters taking over empty commercial buildings, cleaning them up to live in and they are people with jobs who just can't affford rent. Reminded me seeing those places in Blackpool that could be converted into hmos for people.

I think Blackpool council need to take a look at themselves. They have and are ploughing loads of money into the pub/ club areas but are leaving other parts to go to ruin. They should do compulsory purchase on those buildings that stay empty for years and then give contracts to do improvements. As for the 2 purpose built job centres standing empty, get them sold and repurposed before they to become an eyesore. Sad to see Blackpool so very quiet. 😢

Mid season and it’s almost dead apart from the locals - looks worst than last year

Love your vlogs and used to spend a lot of time and money in blackpool but will never visit again as council robbed me on parking charges.

Hi stephen could you do a video of cocker street if possible that area if possible, we used to stop at a bed and breakfast called sea view on cocker street we wondered if it was still there, it was close to a church and a pub just around the corner was it called the Duke of York I'm not quite sure, we heard that that area is very un savoury now is this true is it as bad as we have been told..

Had many great Saturday afternoons in merry England bar on north pier. Poppers and diamond white

Well Stephen as you know I'm from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 but the full event has been terrible, it's just not the same calibre of football as it's been in the past few years. You know how to finish your videos , always the best view of all, the sun set over the sea 🔆 19 days and counting can't wait.

We are coming to see Amy Lou on north pier in September

I was down there for three nights headed home to Scotland yesterday morning i was trying to look out for you but no luck, Saturday was on and off rain all day .....how Blackpool has changed even though i am Blackpool born i now could get lost especially if i had to take the car into the town centre.

Any one remember the Beehive Coffee bar in late 60s. on Dickson Rd. think it was where Pinkies is now?

I love your walks through Blackpool and the sunsets, glorious. I’m a bit angry with your council wanting to knock perfectly good houses/chip shops down when there are so many dilapidated places boarded up. Why can’t they do something with them?

How many years has it been since Blackpool was busy on a Sunday night? Very quiet considering it's summer, the weather is good, and England are playing in a major tournament.

Where is everyone its dead...I remember a couple yrs ago it was Booming .. wats happened..I'm going next wk..hopefully it'll pick up😢..hope the weather changes as well..summer lol another thing has gone..

I once got barred from bar 19 lol ,few years ago a mate knocked over two full pints I'd ,just paid for and seeing as it was an accident ,normally bar people would top them up due to that ,but not the one in bar 19 back a while ago ,so I tried to serve myself at the bar but got caught ,and escorted out with saying please don't come here again lol ,wonder if they'd still remember me if I make it to town again .
