@@mohammadhammoud3595 I think In the comics she can’t absorb radiation like starfire can and then only reason she has starbolts is because of the experiments on her and star fire. That’s the only powers she has in the comics. Now In the titans series on HBO they retconned and In their storyline blackfire was born with powers to absorb radiation instead of starfire but they said starfire was heir to the thrown because she was first born in this version and blackfire was second. They gave starfire blackfires natural powers to absorb radiation. Once starfire was healing blackfire the spell that switched the powers was reversed and given back to blackfire. But it looks like they made starfire have a dormant power that came to the surface that will kinda replace the experiment part of the animated series only giving blackfire starbolts and instead of it being blackfire that has it starfire does.

Yeah I wanted more character development too.

This is where they wasted Blackfire’s character. Should’ve just stuck to the course and had Red Hood as the main villain for Season 3A (and not their shitty rendition of the Scarecrow), and had Blackfire as the main villain for 3B. It would’ve given Jason less episodes, therefore the later episodes he was in wouldn’t have been wasted, and it would’ve given Komandr more time in the spotlight, letting the show explore her character more as opposed to having her around with nothing to do.

3:40 the best power of all time.

We still don’t know where she’s drawing this power from but if we did have a S5 they would’ve explained where she’s drawing it from most likely a cosmic energy source cause her power is beyond anything on earth

When the girls were a baby and young child, they had a woman give Blackfire's powers to Starfire. It's one of the things Starfire had visions about. We later learn that Starfire had her own powers (blue instead of fiery like before).

Y’all are so annoying with comments like this. The animated films are just one version or one portrayal of the comics. The live action is just a different portrayal of that, the animated films ARENT the source material or the “right” way. It’s called artistic freedom, get over it lol

you’d know if you’ve completely watched the season but basically Starfire’s powers were originally from Blackfire but when they were children, their parents wanted the powers to be on Starfire so they made a spell on it. When Starfire tried to heal Blackfire, the spell was broken and Blackfire’s powers returned to her.
