Cybercitizen. They were. Your projection in a pathetic attempt to co-opt Black culture, Black people’s success, to uphold white supremacy as a means of approximation - that’s YOUR self problem. You can hate yourself 100% you will find no challenge from me. Do not come to Africa, demanding we rewrite history to hide your shame, your loss to white slaveownees you still cannot admit, your abuse and violence and encouraging racism hateful ness to avoid your own shame. Go to Asia. Keep the racism, self hate, and upholding of white supremacy there. Or get therapy. We will never accept these racist slurs, these racist rewriting history of pyramids WE built. You try to strip original native Black Egyptians - go get your own culture, land, pride. You clearly have none hateful encouraging racist lies for white favour so go to Europe!

The moment we Africans realise that everyone is anti black, is the moment we stop trying to fit in to other cultures and religions. Arabs see us as nothing more than a slave. We must learn to love oneself and your brethren.🤎

“Everyone is anti black” This is dumb and neurotic thinking. Are there racists in non-black groups? Sure, but there are just as many racists in black groups . Do you not see this ? The % of hardcore racists among each group is pretty small though. You need to realize that most whites do not obsess about skin color like certain other groups. I feel that some blacks view everything through the lens of race so they will see any animosity from someone outside their racial group as evidence of racism but it usually has nothing to do with race .

Dear Sir, I am not African, however, over studying cultures and civilization over 30 years, i realised one thing. Any person or culture or civilization or empires can go to Africa and impose their culture on Africans . They stay apart from the natives, and insist that the natives align with them. However, an African cannot go anywhere in the world and say the same thing. An african has to integrate into the culture of the land they immigrate too. At one time this suffocation will become volcanic.

As a black person I have been saying this to people for decades and everybody (either white European liberal people as well as "woke"blacks as of course Arabs) was unresponsive claiming "white "people are the worlds biggest problem for black people. My conclusion after almost 5 decades in this skin is that black people live on a planet full of enemies. I don't even live in an Arab country ( live and grew up in Western Europe) to know and experience how racist Arabs are. And sneaky because I read how during the BLM-protest Arabs/Muslims took the stage to shout "muslim live matters" equating the "racism" muslims go through post-9/11 to what black people have been going through for centuries in and outside the continent of Africa at the hand of numerous "others". They appropriate the narrative of Afro-diasporic people and literally ignore the narrative of Arab racism under the guise of solidariry with black people. You can see this by the number of likes to this clip. If it was about how Arabs/muslims suffer "racism" outside Arab countries it would absolutely have 25k likes but now as they are being revealed as the oppressor it got 715 likes in almost 2 years. It beats me how black scholars overlook racism/anti-blackness from other non-black groups such as Latinos and Arabs and never actually study it. If you read the book "White Innocence" by Gloria Wekker you shall see the parallells between what she submits to the reader and how Arab people (structurally allergically) respond to the notion of Arab racism. They- just like European whites- see themselves as innocent and can solemnly relate to the narrative of victimhood. I am not saying all are like this just like the man presenting this piece who is most probably an Arab himself. The discourse about a major problem for millions of people however to my opinion may never focus on the exceptions.

I am always surprised when i hear Arabs and Muslims bring up the story of (Bilal) whenever race issues are mentioned in the middle east.!! What is so great about that story?? Why are you so proud?? Muhammad's friends used to call Bilal "son of a black woman" [ witch he is], but apparently that is supposed to be an insult. kind of like calling someone "son of a bitch". That is the environment that these people come from. In their mind it was an insult to be black or to have a black mother. If i want to prove that i am not an alcoholic, i would not point at all the empty bottles of alcohol around me to make the case that i am sober. Muslims keep bringing up Bilal to show how [Not] racist they are, but all they are doing is proving the opposite.

@Somali Mapping nice to get in touch with you a very proud black-African Muslim. Nevertheless, they are two things are don't trust when it comes to talk about the "origin" of people: religion and archeology. Both rely on suppositions. I'm interested in knowing when and where you think "christianity" started? Meaning christianity is prior to indigenous religions? I've never met a semitics who place their "origin" south of the mediterranean sea. Perhaps you know some. Nubia can be Ethiopia Egypt Sudan etc. Of course, those names we are using nowadays didn't exist at the time. Who do you claim have built the pyramids? Where the pharaohs black mixed or white?🤔 I believe in science, if you have scientific facts, I'm ready to analyse them

@Somali Mapping never mind, take your time. Nonetheless, it will be so hard to trace the so-called semitics existence in Africa. Of course it's all about migrations, we can't stop, but some desperately forget. Nubia has been at the heart of all discoveries, it's the land of HANITY. There's a word I don't use to call Nubians and their descendants:"blacks". I haven't met ANY black person, further more their skin color goes from chocolate to very light tone, depending on the melanin percentage. For the same reasons I don't call ANYONE "white", no one is white. Before the actual northern europeans discovered "Africa" do you know who they called "blacks"? The word "Africa" has no translation in any of the "African" languages. For this reason it represant nothing for its people. Unfortunately, the continent seemingly shall always have to deal with invaders just like the ones you called "Afrikaans" who have nothing in comon with the "Africans", except maybe, the land?...

Some scholars argue that it was Arab Muslims in the Middle Ages who first introduced the concept of blacks as inferior to all other races. "Bernard Lewis argues that Islamic attitudes toward blacks underwent a gradual but unmistakable change between the Middle Ages and the early modern period. The conventional wisdom that evolved in the Arab world was that blacks were incorrigibly primitive, thus unequipped for civilization and better suited for slavery and servitude. For the first time, color seems to become a badge of inferiority." (D'Souza, "End of Racism," p. 46). There are many written observations of Medieval Muslim scholars comparing blacks unfavorably with the other races, and even comparing blacks to animals--which they did with great regularity. Here are two examples: "We know that the Negroes are the least intelligent and the least discerning of mankind, and the least capable of understanding the consequences of actions." - Biologist Jahiz (d. 868 AD), Kitab al-Bukhala (The Book of Misers). Jahiz was one of the first scientists to propose Evolution. "If all types of men are taken and placed one after another...the Negro does not differ from an animal in anything except that his hands have been lifted from the earth---in no other peculiarity or property. Many have seen that the ape is more capable of being trained than the Negro, and more intelligent." Tbh, I was horribly shocked not so long ago to come to realise and understand that racism and Xenophobia against Black Peoples were and are as abhorrent throughout the ME and African/Arab nations as they are in so-called western countries of white European descent, ie Europe, UK, colonial US, colonial Canada, colonial Australia and colonial New Zealand. I find it especially disheartening that there are Muslims claiming absolute devotion to Islam who are equally racist and xenophobic towards the Black population as their Christian and Jewish counterparts. It's mind-blowingly disappointing and distressing. I've never understood, and I never will understand, how we as humans can possibly justify the right to lord any superiority of skin-colour, which is purely a fluke of birth, over a fellow human who happens to be born blackskinned. It does not compute. When or where did God ever differentiate or favour between human skin colour⁉️

Racism and anti-blackness are actually way, way worse in the Arab world than in the so-called West. In the West, there are racist individuals, but racism is generally called out and looked down upon. There are also laws protecting against it. In the Arab world, they do not exist. Racism is common and seen as normal. And modern-day slavery is very widespread, especially in the Gulf. All the glitter that you see when going to Saudi Arabia, Qatar or Emirates is built and maintained by modern-day slaves from Africa and South-East Asia. Also, the reason why you were so "horribly shocked" is that there is virtually no conversation or debate about racism in these countries, while there has been endless soul-searching regarding this issue in the West. Black activism and movements such as BLM are virtually unthinkable in Arab countries. It is a taboo topic that no one talks about. Hence the widespread conviction that racism is an exclusively white problem. It is not and never has been. It's worth adding that the whites were actually the first in the world to abolish slavery on humanitarian grounds.

And yes, sadly, there is a biased, even racist ignorance towards Black and Black Arab people - I would like to think it is not as malicious as such racism in western countries ( maybe an annoying, immature lack of collective societal awareness - which is still NO excuse!), but it still should be called out and challenged. The world still have a long way to go.....

(America's) "I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt (Bondage), out of the land of slavery. Then the LORD will make you return to Egypt (Bondage) by Ships, over a route (America's) I said to you that you would never see again A foreign nation (America's) you have never heard about. A nation (America's) unknown to you or your ancestors. A nation against you from far away, (America's) from the ends of the earth, like an eagle (America's) swooping down. A nation (America's) whose language you shall not understand. A fierce and heartless nation (America's) that shows no respect for the old and no pity for the young. Will scatter you among all the nations from one end of the earth to the other. And you shall become a horror, a proverb, and a byword (N-Word) among all the peoples where the LORD will lead you away. A people that you do not know (America's) will eat what your land and labor produce, and you will have nothing but cruel oppression all your days. You will be unsuccessful in everything you do; day after day you will be oppressed and robbed, with no one to rescue you. The foreigners who reside among you will rise above you higher and higher, but you will sink lower and lower. You will be pledged to be married to a woman, but another will take her and rape her. You will build a house, but you will not live in it. You will plant a vineyard, but you will not even begin to enjoy its fruit. Your ox will be slaughtered before your eyes, but you will eat none of it. Your donkey will be forcibly taken from you and will not be returned. Your sheep will be given to your enemies, and no one will rescue them. Your sons and daughters will be given to another nation, and you will wear out your eyes watching for them day after day, powerless to lift a hand. A people that you do not know will eat what your land and labor produce, and you will have nothing but cruel oppression all your days. The sights you see will drive you mad They will lend to you, but you will not lend to them. They will be the head, but you will be the tail They will be a sign and a wonder to you and your descendants forever. Because you did not serve the Lord your God joyfully and gladly in the time of prosperity therefore in hunger and thirst, in nakedness and dire poverty, you will serve the enemies the Lord sends against you. He will put an iron yoke on your neck until he has destroyed you. The Lord will drive you and the king you set over you to a nation (America's) unknown to you or your ancestors. There you will worship other gods, gods of wood and stone You will live in constant suspense, filled with dread both night and day, never sure of your life. When all these blessings and curses I have set before you come on you and you take them to heart wherever the Lord your God disperses you among the nations, and when you and your children return to the Lord your God and obey him with all your heart and with all your soul according to everything I command you today, then the Lord your God will restore your fortunes and have compassion on you and gather you again from all the nations where he scattered you.” But I will punish the nation they serve as slaves, and afterward they will come out with great possessions." Revelation 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. pin.it/5gskz9c

The Irony of the Faust is that the prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)told all of those who followed his sunna That a white man is not better than a black man and a white man is not better than a black man. That Allah swt or God said the only superiority of a man is his piety that God almighty or Allah swt look at the hearts of his servants. And every last Muslim in the middle east knows this. But unfortunately the Arabs feel themselves as a white man which europe doesn't even look at them as being white.None of them can truly call themselves Muslim for they and isis are totally far from the truth. But I gotta say, when the day of judgement comes, and they see some of the prophets and a lot of them turn out to be dark skinned, what are they going think then? Cause according to the prophet Muhammad,he said that Moses was a dark skinned. He also said that Solomon and Jesus Christ was was a dark skinned complexion. I'm not saying that he's of African descent, but perhaps he looks like a native Indian of India who is rather a little darker or looks like a light skin African American. That's going to screw their head right off. These people are truly just as hypocritical as their European counterpart. And I gareuntee they are proud of it.

In the Arab world, the word “abeed” which means slave isn’t used frequently as some are trying to imply and majority of Arabs don’t mention it and refer to black people. The word itself isn’t attached or related to black people as well. I agree that it shouldn’t be used by some racists to degrade black people and that action needs to stop

I agree. There is colorism and an anti-blackness (mostly inherited from colonialism) in the Arab world, there is no denying that. However there are also examples of African and Arab unity from modern times to times earlier in history. They never bring up how Malcolm X was treated like royalty (in his own words) in the Arab world, and he saw how there were black people in high positions of power uncomparable to segregated America at the time. Or how the Algerians and Palestinians helped the Black Panthers in the 1960s with training and support. Or the Non-Alignment Pact between African and Arab leaders. The relationship and friendship between Mandela and Arafat. Northern Sudan became what it is through intermarriage between Hejazi Arab tribes and the Nubians, whole nation of Afro-Arabs. The Moors were Berbers, Arabs and Black Africans united by Islam and the Arabic language. The black Caliphs and leaders in Islam etc. We should fight colorism and anti-blackness in the Arab world, however one way of doing that is by highlighting bond we have historically shared as Arabs and people of African descent as well. Remember Ismael (as) was mixed-race, the mother of the father of the Arabs, Hegar was a Nubian woman. And that is why bi-racial people can sometimes look very much like Arabs. There is clearly an agenda to paint Arabs as the worst people on Earth and this doesn't bring awareness it just helps Arab face more prejudice than they already do.

Many live aside black people in communities on a day to day basis. Color isn’t a big issue there but what is more focused on is the religion of a people. It doesn’t mean non Muslims get mistreated but typically most Muslims in arab countries prefer to live in their Muslim communities rather than in non Muslim communities.
