    I understand what the last woman was saying. I don't want to see any woman being wanted for their labor and over functioning. However that's not the vibe I got from most the videos I've seen. I see a bunch of well watered and well loved women. So of course, they are sharing that overflow of love to their husband which is why he uplevels too. Then the more he grows, the more he can pour back into her It's a beautiful circuitry that should be the norm

    Why did they have to make it a negative thing in the latter half? Maybe it just happens to be the case that among black American women they do more to improve the look of their man. My girlfriend is Asian and the main way she improves me is in organisation and practical stuff around the house. Different women have different ways of helping their men improve. That doesn't mean my girl doesn't give me fashion tips or anything but she's not going to cause a full make over. She doesn't care about it like that. And logically every culture or group has their own thing they focus on more or specialise in. The "black woman effect" thing is supposed to be a positive thing, from what I gather. These women really improved their men. A shame some people want to turn it into a negative thing.

    You know what's very interesting? How bw always tell themselves that they are "Race Loyal" but then use the word "Settling" as an insult, in the same breath. so, my question is, are black women really as race loyal as they tell themselves that they are or are they just settling for what they can get at that particular moment and time? (Dating on your level basically)An if you say both then you would have completely erroneously contradicted your own narrative about you having more options. So which is it?

  • @ThatsMeDoctorD

    @ThatsMeDoctorD

    27 күн бұрын

    If it’s merely about being “race loyal” whatever that means, many relationships may most certainly be superficial and possibly lack longevity at best. Genuine LOVE doesn’t have a color/race to it. I’m too old, intelligent, and focused to commit to anything or anyone that’s simply NOT for me! The ONLY person I consult about my relationship issues, especially marriage, is GOD. I was married to a Black man and, after 17 years and children together, we divorced. Was that solely on him? Nope, because sometimes you just know when someone is not right for you, but you can be more committed to people than they are to you. Being loyal to anything or anyone to your own detriment can cause insanity, especially where loyalty isn’t reciprocated! I could care less about it being someone of the same race! The Lord blessed me to marry again, and my husband is white…and loving, faithful, committed, a great husband and father, approachable, sociable, mentally and emotionally intelligent, and most importantly, he loves God! Thankfully, I don’t reside inside of a box that limits my ability to see and love people outside of the confines of race. It’s a really immature approach to relationships and life.
