Hi Marnie, thank you for stopping by. I used "Dong -A My Metal" It's a metallic pen, Extra Fine Point size 0.7mm It will smudge if not completely dry. You can use a heat gun to dry the ink quickly. I hope this will help 🙂

Do you ever get resin drips on the back of bookmark and if so, how do you remove it without it leaving a mess

Use sand paper to remove excess mess And then apply one more layer of resin Before adding resin u make sure that back is covered with latex or paper tape we can easily remove resin drips

It depends on the pen you are using but mine I waited like 30mins to dry. If you want to dry it fast you can use a heat gun.

Hi Carmen, the pen I used is "DONG-A Metal pen"
Do your bookmarks ever get sharp edges? I use same process as you but my edges feel a little to sharp. And I am struggling how to correct this

Hi Katie thanks for stopping by. I use a Deburring Tool to scrape sharp edges, it works great. Nail files are also great to use, it's easier and cheaper just give it a few sweeps around the Sharp edge. 🙂
I have 2 questions. 1. Can i use hair dryer to dry ? 2. Before using the metallic pen should the epoxy resin be completly dry or i can write soon after putting it in moulds?

Hi Sam thank you for stopping by. To answer your questions: 1. A hair dryer is actually not a good way to deal with bubbles. It blows too much air, too little heat, and can blow dust onto the resin. I suggest using a torch It's the best tool to get rid of bubbles. 2. Let your resin be cured completely before using a metallic pen. 🙂
