Some Angel wing, Swirl and Tree Ring moments included, moving the paint where i need it to create the finished abstract painting.
Patience is required whilst shaping the sections, don't rush and know you can re-pour over a section if needed. It is best to refill your cup with the layers befor each section is poured. When left too long the colours blend too much in the cup. See section 2 in the video for an example (i pour over this bit)
I was asked to recreate a painting that i did back in April 2019 after a customer requested to buy the Vortex Version 1.
Unfortunately i no longer had the Version 1 piece to sell, so this is Vortex V2 made especially by request.

Supplies used:
Acrylic Pouring paints - impasto acrylic paint, pouring medium and a little water to thin.
(approx ratios are 1/3 paint to 2/3 medium and water to reach consistency) - you want your mix to be a little on the thicker side for string pulls so they retain their lines and design.
Colours:
Global - Black and White
Canvas 14 inch x 14 inch

@@marheb5153 - Ha Ha, bonjour Maricka. En fait, je peux parler français mais je ne peux pas l'écrire! Je comprends la plupart de ce qui est écrit en français mais je suis vraiment mauvais pour l'écrire, donc j'utilise Google Translate. Mon mari est français, j'ai donc dû apprendre vite! Peut-être devrions-nous écrire plus de lettres d'amour et je choisirais le français écrit plus rapidement! lol. Merci pour tous vos mots gentils et vos efforts pour écrire en anglais. Très appréciée

I adore that you use the paint to make art rather than letting solely the paint create the art. It seems to me that you are an artist regardless of the medium.
Really nice! Love the texture to it. Cool process. And...it's a Collingwood painting, lol....my hubby said the first pour ended up looking like a fish entering your canvas 😊

My acrylic pours watching experience just went from 0 to 100 in one video O.o
This is beautiful! I recently did an open cup pour into 4 sections. It really is difficult tilting each seperate area without messing up the others you've already done. I'm definitely going to try this next. Thanks for always inspiring us!❤

Love how you create. I know at any time I could mute the music. However I thought you might want to know my experience of THIS video. The 1st song had such a strong bass down bead and the art was fluid, soft and small. Second song reminded me of New Age music from the 70s it had some sharp sounds with sharp edges very expansive and wide. Your artwork was soft flowing and Elegance. For me, They didn't compliment each other. However, if you were listening to this music as you were creating this amazing art then I should maybe keep my commits to myself. But if this music and art were combine electronically afterwards then maybe my opinion could be helpful? OR NOT! Thank you for sharing your time and talents! You're amazing! C Mason 💜

I have been looking for just a black and white pour as well!! How about the background color can you change that to grey or any color you’d like? I mostly see just white as the “Flow” color?.
I love this! Idk y more flow artists dont do this. Many of my canvases consist of smaller pours on the same canvas... so I can manipulate my negative space and have the intensity and coverage I want with out just relying on gravity...ha ha... thanks for the share.
