I didn't even know that she is mixed race, thought she was just white. No wonder she looks just like Paula Jai Parker (minus the smile), she was in the movie Friday and plays the voice of Trudy Proud in the Proud Family and reboot. I had to edit because I couldn't put my finger on who else she looks like but she also looks like Logan Browning! From Dear White People, Bratz, Meet The Browns. So a cross between them both.

i was asking you lol.... i just have my own crazy theories and it has to do with people of melanin, hue, color, natural sun screen call it what you will. there are many hues and they are all beautiful. you say latinas... as i have been educated (by them) some of them are what i felt they were :-) ... i'm "mixed" as well but all this world sees is "black"
There is no such thing as mixed race, mixed ethnicity maybe but not mixed race. People who think mixed race is possible have no idea what the definition of race is.

I would say that when people like her, Megan Markle, Jason Mamoa, his children, or Drake's son look mostly like just one race. At that point no such thing as mixed.
Didn't know she was gay....huh. The accent she has on Black Sails is sooooo fake and annoying and it seems that her lines go on and on and on forever. Beautiful woman though and I really like her real voice much better.
