I think they may have James voice wheel chair woods in bo6. To me it makes sense, he would be in his 50s and wheel chair bound he would be older and a bit more broken, as James had aged woods voice may age as well hence James voicing him

Either he did or said something that Activision doesn't like, he's too expensive somehow, or the treyarch culture change so much that the employees there don't know who he is now and doesn't care. It makes no sense why Weaver and Sam have their OG voice actors but woods and Mason doesn't. It's especially telling if old-school Mason comes back because wasn't he working on a movie during Cold war? And I know it burns James too because he's been asking for woods to be in zombies. Soon as they put woods in zombies, he's not voicing him when he's been begging to do it for years.

Is it just me or do I hate this whole “COD HQ” thing? I like the games being their own separate thing with a main menu screen that never changes (like with seasons or whatever). Like that leaked main menu is perfect and should never be changed

This has to be the most excitement I’ve experienced for a campaign in the “Modern Era,” I mean, historical figures, possible characters like Adler and maybe Woods returning is amazing, I hope this game lives up to the expectations and has a great multiplayer+campaign

I think the reason why the voice actors have changed, is simple Sledgehammer Games were originally going to make a campaign without Woods, Mason and Hudson in it. Since they already made a good amount of the campaign, they had already hired voice actors for their characters. When Treyarch was brought in, and when this game became a Black Ops game, the company most likely had to reuse the VA's that Sledgehammer hired. They couldn't refund the voice actors at that point, and instead of letting their money go to waste Treyarch most likely reused Sledgehammer Games voice actors for this new campaign. This way they didn't have to get rid of al the work and money that was put into the hired voice actors, and they probably asked one of them if they could mimic JC Burns voice. TLDR: Treyarch had to reuse the voice actors that Sledgehammer games hired for the original campaign BOCW was going to have

Burns was absolutely legendary and can't be replaced. don't get me wrong. but it takes a LOT of work to mimic a specific person's voice and the way the new actor replicates it so accurately is worth its merit. hating purely out of nostalgia is fucked up

Why would remaster a game instead of just taking that same game and everything good about it, put it on new gen, keep everything the same (from emblems, weapon customs, DLC drops the same exact way like back then, zombie maps and customs, etc.). Nah, they gonna make us pay for micro transactions, have a dumbass story that doesn’t make sense, WARZONE (which was a horrible idea from the start), new maps that suck, meta guns, connection issues, bunny hopping and speedrunning.. this game gonna be ass I can feel it

I don’t think Warzone was a bad idea though AT FIRST, I actually liked it and had great experiences with my friends back in 2020 especially the haunting of Verdansk but now it’s terrible and I hate how they are merging cods to be in 1 universe? It’s so annoying and unnecessary. They could easily just make separate games and just have the playable for each game in Warzone but no story, no cannon, no nothing. Just a simple mode you know?

@@MidnightIX Yeah very true, but what was the point of adding blueprints for guns that you can find in Warzone but not be able to win COD points to buy blueprints from the store? I’ll be damned if i win an entire battle royal just for progression points.. there are no real winnings and we spend hundreds of dollars on skins instead of earning hundreds of COD points

Doesn't Woods being a playable operator in here directly contradict Black Ops II's campaign, since Raul Menendez blew off his kneecaps with a shotgun in 1986?

The new Voice Actor for Woods is literally just doing an impression of the original... I don't understand why they have gotten rid of the original iconic Woods. Must be gut wrenching watching someone do an imitation of you.

5:50 those are Black Ops 6 weapons. A leaked weapons list had the AR-18. Compare the magwell slant and reciever slant on the left assault rifle to it. They match and no weapon in MWIII has that same profile
