    I discovered lots of fantastic bands here : Poliça, All Them Witches, The Idles, HÆLOS, Black Mountain, Tamaryn, Zola Jesus. Great sound, great radio and a very sympathic Cheryl Waters. Love KEXP !

    I just discovered Black Mountain last night as they opened up for Primus in Pittsburgh. The second the opening note for Mothers of the Sun started, I was hooked.

    3:50 is where it's at. I love duel vocals...she is so awesome...she seems so nervous and introverted when being interviewed...however, when it's time to jam she goes to a different place. Its that place when we were kids that made us feel safe and protected.. Love these guys so much.

    I came down the comment road for this one. I'm not disapointed to find it in the few first lines. A nice mix from albums like "Animal" and "Wish you were here" and a bit of vocals from "The wall". Nothing too much. Love it.

Check out his incredibly interesting/diverse/high quality musical output that goes back to punk/hardcore/crossover/post-punk avant punk/hard groovy rock/4AD-inspired/infused riff/hook rock/space rock/psychedelic rock That Black Flag tee shirt is s badge of honour for him. In fact, he recently did an amazing impromptu "isolation" acoustic guitar version of "Fix Me" from the Black Flag Nervous Breakdown 7" on his FB page...following with a Velvet Underground tune and, a Martha and the Muffins tune in subsequent days... He's a wonderful guy too Cheers

    @@Moleskineman It was their first song I heard, thanks to KEXP, and I'm not exaggerating by saying that I'd listen to it for a few days in a row constantly. Once in a decade you hear music that just hits your brain so hard you never thought it would be possible. I had a chance to see them live a few months later and loved every minute of the gig, it's a criminally underrated band.

    i have all the studio albums. but this set is my favorite above all. please release this set on Vynil. ill take 2 copies.
